Burgers and Dogs

If you’re reading this, you’re at a convention.
Your feet hurt, your voice is cracking from talking to everyone so much, and you’re starving and want something decent.
So you stand in a line of 20+ people all lined up for:
Generic Pizza
Mediocre Chinese Food with lots of crunchy cartilage
Meh BBQ
Aight Pizza (You can’t mess up pizza, it’s a sin, and slightly impossible)
And Burgers and Dogs
It’s going to be $ 12 for a combo and drink
It’s going to taste very mediocre
I go for the chicken strips, ask for sauce.
The staff are sweet hearts considering what they deal wiht all day.
I’m just trying to fathom the profit margins these guys get for gouging the CRAP out of convention goers.
$ 12 a person for crappy food with MAYBE a $ 1 cost total with the cups and everything.
I hate this place. But I’m too tired and need to get back to my booth, so here I am.
The only truly terrible part is trying to find a spot to sit after you get your food here.

Had this burgers every time I’m attending an event at the convention center, and I remember their burgers been ok, but last two times they were «well burned», but in this places that’s as good as going to get, don’t get me wrong, their staff is very helpful and always smiling, I don’t even know if I could keep smiling when there is like 75+ desperate hungry customers waiting for their food
