Pretty decent neighborhood to reside in. Even more awesome now that they are closing down the pig farm! Great Gym and pool area! I use the grill all year around !

I have been at another apartment complex before and i gotta say this one is just amazing. When they say luxury apartments, they mean it. Awsome apartments with high ceilings and great room.

Great place. RJ in the office is very helpful and the location is great. Easy to get to work and overall is a quiet place. Things get fixed fast but I wish it had a spa. Although can’t use it that often in Vegas.

Not to bad, here and there you get jack ass loud neighbors and the parking can be a bit bad on the weekends but overall it’s not a bad place to stay, just be aware of the stinky pig farm about 3 – 5 minutes up the street… I’ve been over here almost 3 years now honestly I’m happy for now, all apartments come with their fair share of problems I mean what do you expect when you live with hundreds of strangers, I just try not to become the problem :) … Good Day All and good luck!

Never again. You could not pay me enough to ever live here again. We had a ridiculous amount of problems with this complex… and after talking to a few other people who live there, we aren’t the only ones. The apartment was dirty when we moved in (supposed to be cleaned by their maid service)… we called the front desk and complained. The front desk asked if the maid service had permission to enter if we were not there, we said absolutely not! So they scheduled 11 am the next day. At 730 am the maid let herself into our home! Thats right folks she had a key! She didnt even knock. Just unlocked my door when I wasn’t even dressed and walked right in! The back gate is broken ALL THE TIME. What exactly is the point of having a security gate if its open to the public anyways? Ya… I dont get it either. The air conditioning in our apartment was terrible and anytime we ran it we would pay out the caboose for our power bill! O! And the gift card you are «supposed» to receive within a month of moving in… ($ 200 I believe) — After 60 – 90 days we called the manager and asked for it– they said we will get it to u whenever we get it. What a joke! I had to have my lawyer write up a letter for me to email to them to even get the gift card! You cannot pay your rent with a check or cash! You have to get an 8 $ cashier check from your bank! O… you say you want to pay online? Welp– that’s going to cost you around a 25 $ fee.
My registration on one of my cars expired– and the tow company for the apartment complex put a warning on my car that if I didnt get the registration fixed they were going to tow my car! Wtf… Are you kidding me? O and its less than a mile from the pig farm– yup the lovely smells of the local pig farm wafting into your apartment early in the morning is top notch
I have never had more problems with any place I have ever lived. Heres a tip: buy a box instead of moving here!

This apartment is a giant piece of steaming crap. The apartments are awful, everything is cheap and while this place was built only like 6 years ago. It feels old. My time at broad stone indigo was horrible. I woke up every morning with a headache and couldn’t stand living there. My apartment smelled like rotting meat, sewage and cigarettes. There was a smell that came from under the sink and I called maintenance multiple times and they said I was getting gas from other people’s apartments and nothing could be done. My neighbors must have smoked all day and night because if I had my AC on the smell would come into are place from the vents. The rotted food smell might have just been a mixture of all smells combined together. Don’t really know. Lots of gross neighbors who I witnessed moving in that had furniture that should have been condemned and burned. At night there was a security guard but all he ever did was sit on benches and play candy crush on his phone. The new apartment manager is a black guy and I don’t remember his name. I posted a review while living there and he sent me a email asking to speak to me. I went into the office and he said «you know bad reviews can be seen by a lot of people when posting online». I acted like I understood what he was saying but wanted to tell his stupid ass «no shit Sherlock». The place is a joke to live in and unless your a scumbag you should probably find a better place. The first day I moved in I should have walked out when there was facial hair in the bathroom sink, shit streak on the toilet and the carpet stink and was covered in dog hair. Stay away from this place at all costs.

The police visit frequently, the SWAT team has shown up twice since we moved in (that I’ve been home for), and we are constantly being woken up all hours of the night from the idiots we live around making way too much noise. Three of our friends that live in the complex have had their doors bashed in and have been robbed of everything they own. Our experience here has been horrible! People continually complain that we WALK too loud and our music is too loud. Funny since we don’t own a stereo. The staff are nice enough but I don’t advise moving in here!
