Love everything about this place. The teachers, the people, the studio. A wonderful yoga island in this crazy city.

I’d give ⁵⁄₅ stars, but their vinyasa flow classes are almost all hot, so if you don’t like hot, you’re (I’m) out of luck most days. And if you show up to a class right after a heated class, be prepared for a heated room for a while. There is a beginner flow class a couple times per week that is very good, but heavily Ashtanga-​based and traditional, not like a juicy flow class. But still excellent. And the Yin classes are amazing.
Instructors are knowledgeable, studio is clean and has great props and aromatherapy. Great music and atmosphere (except when Zumba is thumping next door!). Class sizes are never too big, and most instructors finish on time. Great location, fair prices, one of the best studios I’ve been to in Vegas. Highly recommend it.

A friend convinced me to go with her one day. Seeing as how I have never done yoga before; I was so nervous to go. The staff is so helpful, and caring here that I have now signed up on their monthly package! I recommend this studio to all beginners! I love it!

I’ve been to many yoga studios in my day… It’s important for me to practice with people who I feel are there to be genuine with each. This is definitely that kind of place. I absolutely love all the instructors. They are s patient and helpful. Gayla is so knowledgeable and the rest of the staff will not disappoint. If I didn’t move to the opposite end of the city I would still be going there. Even though I can’t I think anyone looking for a yoga studio should check them out!

This yoga studio is absolutely amazing. The staff is awesome, caring and patient with each and every student. Gayla has a hidden gem here in Las Vegas and it’s close to my home which makes it very convenient. The energy is positive and I will definitely be joining once my I’m done with my Groupon. It’s well worth the money and I feel relaxed every time I leave class.

Great Yoga Studio. Intimate classes with excellent teachers. Visited here a year or two ago with a voucher for classes and a massage. Never had anyone walk on my back before… it felt pretty good. Would join if I wasn’t already a member of 2 other gyms.

This review would be 5 stars except the studio is just WAY too warm for Zumba classes! I know we live in a hot desert but the space is small and when you add 20 or more warm bodies it heats up like a sauna. I feel like passing out on some nights. One large fan in each of the ceiling corners could fix this. Or a better AC unit. I have even thought of bringing my own fans to class! Many of the other students have complained of the heat as well. I would attend more if it was cooler.
On the bright side– the instructors are great and the classes are fun. The enthusiasm and variety of dance moves that each individual instructor brings to class is motivating. If you are a Zumba expert or a beginner everyone is welcome and can have a good time while getting exercise. It is clear that the owner takes pride in the studio and in overall wellness. It is consistently upgraded and items offered are changed. The overall vibe at Namaste is very nice.
When and if the heat situation is fixed I will update this review to 5 stars.

Love the Zumba classes here! Lalaine and Ximena are my fave instructors. It builds up my cardio and a perfect workout to loosen up and de-​stress after a long day at work.

Wow just wow. This is my first time going to a yoga class and I was very much so pleased. The people were kind, soft spoken and understanding. I felt welcomed and comfortable for it begging my first time being in a studio (my main concern was not being able to keep up with the class) but the instructor was very kind and helped me with my poses and breathing. Even after my group on is finished, I plan on making this my home yoga studio. Please go, you won’t regret it !

MY VERY FIRST YOGA CLASS
I took the hot yoga this morning at nine thirty with Natalie. She is a gifted instructor who scaffolds students up from wherever they are, while keeping focus on the spirituality and peace of yoga. After doing yoga as part of the p90x program, I can confidently say Natalie was able to teach me so much more than just the physical aspect of it; «it’s not about the pose…» but the journey. A spiritual experience accompanied by a whole lot of sweat! AMAZING. I will be back for more.
(For any other first timers out there, rest assured it seems students are also very in tune to kindness. I must compliment the other attendee in class. Although there was only one student, she was welcoming and understanding of the fact it was my first class. Very supportive… so cool!)

Love taking Zumba classes here! This is such a fun studio.

Hot Yoga 90 is the reason I first went to this studio — Gez, the Saturday and Monday morning instructor, is the reason I kept coming back.
(And this is coming from someone who doesn’t like to book weekend classes)
Gez is very knowledgeable. I like that she gives well-​guided instruction through the poses with multiple options for different levels of difficulty. She’s also provides a great workout without excessively long holds and is patient with meditations, without rushing. But what I like the most is that she’s really motivating and leads by example.
I wish she would teach more.
I also like the aromatherapy at the end of the class (a cotton pad with essential oil is placed on your chest during savasana) and Saturday morning’s live music during class.
The reason I gave Namaste four stars is because of the Monday morning Zumba class next door which can be distracting but if you put your mat to the front of the room, it’s a little quieter.
Other things to note…
— Check in is in the left door, Hot Yoga 90 is next door on the right
— Check-​in process can be a bit slow so give yourself some time ahead of class to sign-​up/​pay/​etc
— The class is done in two rows facing each other so there’s no hiding at the back
— I don’t think you’ll be able to book your classes online until you have signed up over the counter and don’t be put off if your voice mail isn’t returned.
I’m glad I found this class.

I have left numerous times and left messages attempting to speak to someone! Never do I get an answer or a call back!
I purchased a set of classes on Groupon n your website does not allow me to register for a class! Help please!

Unilocal 100 Challenge * ⁵⁷⁄₁₀₀
Participated in their Yamaste’s first Zumbathon this afternoon and did not regret journeying all the way up there for it! Christina W., you rock or posting this event up! Where was everyone else?
We danced to a number of club mixes on top of the usual zumba playlist. Instructors were so much fun, personal and their energy was contagious. I felt like everyone was bouncing off the walls, which only further pumped me up for more high intensity workout!
Studio was cozy, super clean too! There were comfy chairs by the entrance and a neat bathroom out back with aromatic hand lotions. Couldn’t wait to try out another one of their classes!

New to formal yoga. Have done some videos and stuff on my own in the past. Gayla has been great breaking me in to yoga for real. Very patient and knowledgeable. The instruction helps so much! Excited to move forward and improve!

After almost a year off from practicing I was thrilled to see a studio opening closer to home. I started with the beginner classes to get back in the swing of things and Gayla has been very helpful. She has a vast knowledge of the body, muscles, etc. and shares the information as she is instructing.
The studio is coming together every day.
Would certainly recommend!

I am so excited to see such a variety of classes at such an affordable price! I can’t wait to get in and try everything out :)
