America’s Swimming Pool Company

I am very happy with the service by America’s Swimming Pool Company. They provide the weekly cleanings on my pool which has never looked better! The technicians are professional and wear a uniform unlike other companies I have used so you always know who is in your backyard. I had initially called them because my equipment was broken which they also took care of but added on their maintenance program after. I get an email every week when the pool was cleaned that tells me when they were there. It also has the chemical readings and what chemicals were added and a picture of the pool. I do travel a lot so it’s nice when I’m out of town to see my pool and that it’s being taken care of. Great service and great staff!

I’m not too sure who owns the place but Jason is my main point of contact. I’m a renter and the owner is a management company with very poor reviews. Jason has generally been very good at keeping up with me even though his responsibilities lie with the management company. I’ve met quite a few people in the period of time that I have been living at my current place. They have kept me informed throughout most of the process and I understand they are pretty busy I can just tell they are slightly rushed which could be good if it’s because their services are in demand or not if they just can’t handle the load. They’ve fixed the pool light and the spotlight and even went out of their way to put a blue On the pool light to give it that blue color even though the management company probably didn’t authorize it. I’m sure it came out of their own pocket. The company installed a brand-​new heater for my pool and spa. I only take away one star because a few things were missed and it was a little inconvenient. I’m sure if I were the owner I would get much better attention but I don’t expect much for being a renter. Congratulations on being a decent company to work with. Keep up the good work.

The most professional and courteous and caring pool company in Las Vegas by far. We’ve dealt with many pool services and would rather forget most of them. Overpriced and uncaring. Possibly too many chemicals inhaled by these flakes and phonies. But ASP is the real deal. Jason is the man! He will take care of you and find you the best deal and solution to your every need. Can’t say enough about the comfort level and confidence we have had with him and his company. Thumbs up and 5 stars!
