Yes a bit busy but the café and magazines kept me busy. Had a great experience. Helpful staff. My dr was extreme helpful. I would definitely recommend.

This place has a few good Dr’s BUT a few are awful! I saw Dr Williams — he claims to offer pain management. I find him to be neither a caring or attentive Dr. He didn’t even bother to look at my chart to call me by my first OR last name, he called me mam… REALLY? Can’t ya just fake it and look at the chart and read my name? I’ve seen this guy 3 times?! No more — Thanks, I’ll drive to El Paso if I have to, to find a Dr. who is not over booked, over worked and over staffed! I waited an HOURAND A HALFAND I HADANAPPOINTMENT! UGGGGGGGGGGGG The other person who left a review is RIGHTON what a mess this place is. Save yourself the trouble and the high blood pressure over being ignored by a completely indifferent staff and Dr. s! I know its not the staff’s fault but they really could not give a darn if I was waiting for 3 hours or 3 minutes — Way too busy talking and laughing amongst themselves. Do not waste your time!!!

I don’t know if this place is the the only orthopedic practice in town or they are just ridiculously busy, but being in this place makes you feel like you are in the middle of a huge airport. It is ridiculously busy and the place feels like a county hospital. If you have ever been to a county hospital you will know what I mean. I was seen rather quickly and then I was put in a ridiculously cold room and was told to put on shorts that didn’t fit me. Then I was put in the X-ray room, and stood for 20 minutes with my pants around my ankles. Then I was put back into the icebox and then waited for 27 minutes for Dr. Saiz. He was actually very kind and wonderfully compassionate. I think, unfortunately, the icebox put me in a bit of a mood.
