I am so angry and frustrated by the overall service that this place provided that I’m not even going to bash them. I’m just going to state the facts of my experience with this place and leave it up to you to judge. For my birthday, my husband called to have a bouquet of red roses and a box of chocolates delivered to my job. He was quoted one price and was overcharged by about $ 60. Really?! It would just fine if the arrangement had been worth it but it was the most plain arrangement of red roses I have ever seen in my life, in an ugly vase AND the flowers didn’t even look fresh. On top of that, the chocolates delivered were EXPIRED. They had expired back in January 2015 and my delivery happened on 6/25/15…so the chocolates had been expired for 6 months!!! I did call right away in regards to the chocolates being expired and somebody did come by to deliver me another box of chocolates(an «upgrade» they called it) and they were very apologetic about the incident, which I was very appreciative of, up until I found out what had been the cost of this whole experience. $ 170 for flowers(that sure did NOT look fresh) and expired chocolates?! NEVERAGAIN!

My experience was not unpleasant, but I was NOT pleased with the arrangement that was delivered. The ordering process was easy and the selections online were gorgeous. I placed an order for the«Picture Perfect Bouquet»(see link below), which was being sent as a thank you, to a close business contact. What was delivered looked nothing like the arrangement ordered. It was far from the bouquet I selected but more like a vase of flowers I could have easily purchased from Safeway and arranged myself. At first sight, I thought they must have delivered the wrong arrangement but after calling them I wasn’t sure that was the case. I called the shop upon seeing the delivered product and they weren’t extremely helpful. They listened but weren’t apologetic in the least bit. It certainly wasn’t the response I would expect to get for spending close to $ 100. They didn’t pull up my order nor did they want to accept my offer to send the picture of the Bouquet I ordered along with the picture of the arrangement that was delivered. I asked for a partial refund and they returned 20% immediately. Unfortunately, the discount didn’t even equate to the delivery fee. I personally would not use their services again but I will give them credit for delivering in the timeframe requested, listening to my response, and for at least providing some return credit.

I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my birthday. Bells of Ireland are my favorite. The roses were tight and fresh and I absolutely love the vase.

I had a very pleasant experience with Royal Fleur! I used this florists to have beautiful long lasting arrangement sent to a friend for her birthday, delivery was to San Rafael. I had no hassles, customer service was great and they were easy to work with. They delivered the flowers to my friends work address and even called me to confirm the delivery. My friend was delighted and that made me happy. I would highly recommend them.

I absolutely agree with Mary. I tried ordering a simple arrangement here and saw that their minimum for delivery is $ 35. I called and a lady picked up the phone. I told her that I wanted to order an arrangement and she said ok but hung up on me. I called again and a guy picks up the phone. First of all, he was extremely rude and acted like I was wasting his precious time. I’m using my valuable time just trying to talk to him because I couldn’t find a website that I could just order through and wanted to make sure that it gets delivered that day. He said that a delivery to Mill Valley would cost $ 65! Not including delivery. THESEPEOPLEARECHEAPSKATES! THEYARETHEWORSTFLORIST I HAVEEVERTRIEDORDERINGFROM! NEVERGOHEREUNLESSYOUWANTTOBERIPPEDOFFORYELLEDATFORNOAPPARENTREASON. I’d rather go to Safeway or Whole Foods

DONOTGO! HORRIBLE customer service. Rude! Greedy! And here’s why… I placed an order for delivery last Sunday morning for flower delivery to Mill Valley(same day, the website said they could deliver on a Sunday.) Upon email notification that they could only deliver on Monday, I understood and cancelled the order. I received email confirmation of my cancellation as well as a phone call and verbal confirmation of the cancellation. To my astonishment the flowers were delivered the following Monday afternoon. They were accepted for delivery as they were sympathy flowers and a surprise so how was the recipient to know to turn them away? How was I to know? After all, I’d had two forms of cancellation verification! When I called Royal Fleur to discuss the matter they were both rude and uncooperative. Claiming that they never received a cancellation notice and that they don’t know who I spoke with. They said they wouldn’t refund me any amount since they, «went out of the way to Mill Valley to deliver the flowers, why would we waste our time there?» After 20 mins. on the phone with nothing accomplished, I was told this was no longer their problem and they made no effort to remedy the problem. Even after I forwarded Royal Fleur my cancellation email they replied, «You may dispute the charge with your credit card.» I’ve since filed a claim with my CC company but now I’m ever the wiser, and you should be, too. Avoid Royal Fleur!
