I was running late and had to change my appointment and I arrived on Saturday afternoon during what seemed like a rush. Even though it was busy and there were people everywhere, the customer service was awesome. I called a few days ahead to make sure they had the tires I wanted and then when I arrived a little bit late they processed my purchase. They told me it would be about 1 hour. I went next door to Rudy’s and ate and when I came back 30 minutes later I saw my car was already done. Walked in and they got me the keys within 2 minutes and I was out of there. Super easy and the guys were all super cool. And they have the best prices for new tires that I have found for my specific car.

I’m always impressed with their customer service. I’m sure it’s part of their training but kudos to corporate for having such a strong customer service culture.
I always leave happy… They also check my tire pressure for free and since I have tire insurance with them, they rotate my tires for free too.
