Discount Tire Store – Laredo, TX

Excellent customer service that far exceeds expectation. Good selection of tires at fair prices, excellent warranty on tires, and did I mention excellent customer service? The guy helping me out didn’t know all the answers but he went and asked someone else who was busy doing something else and amazingly, that person didn’t look the least bit annoyed to be interrupted and happily came over to help. O_​o

I could not have been more pleased with the service and competency — and price. They were amazing. I was on my way home from Laredo to San Antonio after a long day at work. I have a brand new Nissan Rogue and the tire pressure warning came on for the second day in a row. I had already had the air put it at a different location the day before, so it was a red flag to see the warning light again. My clients recommended that I stop by Discount Tire on my way home to have it checked. It was 5:40 and they close at 6:00. Everyone was smiling and relaxed (including all the customers in their still-​packed waiting room.) They explained the problem. They fixed it right away and did not try to sell me more tire than I needed. They even offered to stay a little while longer if I wanted to have dinner first! All in all, I was in and out and on my way home in 20 minutes. I will go back if I ever need help. And I will look for them as I travel elsewhere!

Thorn in the side of one tire. Sucks! These guys are great. The customer service they consistently provide is incredible. I bring all my cars to Discount Tire. Wish more stores could be like them!

Very nice folks. The manager, wearing a nice blazer, got down and aired up my tires before the doors were officially opened.
