I had a scheduled appointment of 3−5pm. After two phone calls to them he showed up at almost 6:00pm which was an hour late. He didn’t put on shoe covers or take off his shoes. Just walked through the house with snowy/wet shoes. Made a mess of the bathroom floor. Charged $ 150.50 to snake the toilet which literally took only 5 minutes. He was nice though and recommend I buy my own toilet auger to save $ in the future.
