We had major plumbing issues that a different plumber did not want to address, so we called Tom in. Great service. On time. Professional. No issues with his work, him or anyone working for him. Would hire him again!

So far so good. Tom was on time, did exactly what he said he would and then some and he was pleasant to work with.

I was not pleased with Allen’s attempt at service. I found it difficult to connect with Mr. Allen after serveral attempts to set up an appointment for work that was previously discussed.
I will not be using this businesses servcies again due to the sheer lack of consideration or professionalism.
I found another business that offered warranties on work done and were professional, friendly and CALLED me back to set up an appointment for THEIR BUSINESS for around the same cost!

⁸⁄₂₀₁₂ Update: I continue to have problems with my drains. The process Tom did was out side of my house and it appears I actually have the problem with the drain that is under my house. I originally hired him to take a video of the problem so I could see it, but in my own humble opinion it is an opportunity for someone in his position to sell me on the problems with the drain after it leaves the house so I would hire them for that job. Not saying that is what happened, but if there is someone who offers a video dvd of the recording, I’d go that route next time. The whole drain replacement was pretty much pointless and I should have hired the business that repairs the entire existing drain not replaces the outside drain only. There is a service that inflates a new coating around a drain and I wish I would have looked into that. Better yet i could have just planned on annual maintenance.
I did have Tom back out to clean my drain. His prices for that are reasonable but I wouldn’t use him again.

The owner Tom is motivated, hardworking, knows his profession, is fair priced and knows customer service. I’m not sure what more I could ask for. He’s training some additional employees and hope they are as good as him some day.
He has done two different jobs for me. One was replacement of my main sewer drain. I had continuous problems with it backing up so I called him out to clean it and had him run a camera ran through it. They did a great job. He’s always willing to offer more information than I ask so that I’m an educated consumer. I’m very happy with the value :)
