Dan came out, very friendly guy. It was determined we needed to replace the full door. They scheduled the install for within 2 days, showed up on time, and had the door expertly installed within 2 hours. Great service and door works well. Only improvement I would suggest is their dispatch schedulers are located in Florida and thus commit their technicians to times that they cannot accommodate — which caused them to be late to my first appointment with them

Very pleased to find a garage door company that does what it says, when it says it will do it. After several truly bad experiences with other providers, called Precision. They provided same day service during a Saturday snow storm to replace a snapped spring. The technician inspected more than the spring and explained which parts were in good condition and which needed addressing. Very upfront, very professional and made me regret not knowing to call them for previous issues.

I was gouged at least $ 75 by these guys. Charged $ 100 for new sensors that LiftMaster sells on their website for $ 40 (Amazon $ 25). I’m not sure they were even needed as it was a wiring issue. Then added a $ 15 fuel surcharge on top of the $ 65 appt fee that was not disclosed when I scheduled. Their game is to push over-​priced product on unsuspecting customers. My wife signed off on it so I’m cooked. Stay away from these guys.

I’m really surprised to see these negative reviews, and really glad I didn’t look at Unilocal before I called!
A Facebook friend recommended Precision for my broken garage door, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. They were very prompt, professional, and I feel like I got some good advice about my garage doors.
They fixed the problem quickly, for an affordable price, and gave me a good quote for new doors for the future.
Their number totally goes on my fridge!

got 3 estimates; chose precision; after several attempts on calling back and a failed appt. the guy admitted that he would rather not service us! Very weird. His demeanor was standoffish and creepy. Actually relieved we didn’t move forward on this. Went with Forest and was extremely pleased!

Very disappointed and a rip off. The guy was arrogant, no biggie, but he charged $ 380 to replace two springs on our two car garage door as well as both cables. I thought it was going to take a couple of hours, but 25 minutes and $ 380 made my stomach sink (and it wasn’t even an emergency appt!). If I were you, I would avoid these folks unless you’re in an emergency situation.
