Through Home Depot I experienced one of the most unprofessional service calls I have ever experienced. Even though I had confirmed the first service for the day and they said someone would arrive by 9:00. The service men arrived at 10:25. His demeanor was very rude and he had a strong cigarette smell which was very offensive. When he arrived he did not have any covers for his boots, I offered him some covers that we purchased for servicemen. He did not want to put them on and argued with me about putting them on. I informed him we do not walk in the house with our shoes on so he would have to put them on to do work in our home. I felt like I had to be careful with this guy to keep from ticking him off. He did not have a polite manner and actually seemed threatening. All
along I could not believe Home Depot would send out a service men like this. I could not wait to get this man out of my house. After taking out the old range hood he said additional work would have to be done and would require an additional $ 95 Charge for the installation but did not guarantee it would work. He said «if he could do it». My schedule for My day was lost because of the poor service call I experienced from Home Depot.
I now have a hole in my wall with no guarantee the work will be performed that I paid for. I am very disappointed the way things went.

Recently moved into the area and was impressed by the helpful and knowledgeable staff; well stocked shelves and awesome nursery area. This location has exactly what I am looking for 97% of the time. Located in a busy mall area means a little traffic congestion and if your not familiar with the area you will drive by the drive ways into the lot.
Ladies should be aware that men use this store as a pick up spot. You will be approached if you are shopping alone.

I was impressed by the high level of customer service this Home Depot had. I was walking towards the self check out. The cashier took the initiative to take my items and ring them up for me. I was thankful for that.
