Enjoyed everything about Fleetwood. The breakfast was delicious and diner size. The atmosphere was infectious. When my Mom and I got there I was a little nervous about the louder music with her, but she got into and loved it. We will be back.

Yesssss. This place is delicious. You should get the hippie hash. Potatoes, a variety of veggies, maybe some meat if you like, feta, topped with eggs? Can’t go wrong! Plus each order is freshly made. How do I know this? Because I always get mine without mushrooms. No premixed crap here! I have also gotten the biscuits and gravy and a chicken gyro dealie before. Both were good too. But that hippie hash. Oh man. It’s great any time of the day. You don’t be disappointed.

I stopped in for brunch on a Sunday after church. I was immediately seated. The waiter stopped by shortly afterward, gave me a menu and asked what beverage I’d like. I started with a cup of coffee, refilled with decafe and preferred that cup. I ordered the hippie hash and a short stack of pancakes. I’ll admit having a full serving of vegetables with breakfast was nice, but it didn’t change my life. Pancakes were nice and hot.

I haven’t been to the fleet wood diner in years but the last time I was there I got an order of fries to go and they were still hot when I got home! I think the fries there are 5 star. If you have never been to a ’50’s style diner, this is definitely a good place to start.

Though there was a long line, and we were told our wait would be 20 minutes, which i told was a bad estimate, we were seated in 15 minutes. Our server was friendly and came right away to take our order. I had the specialty of the house, the hippie hash with bacon. I was surprised by the amount of veggies included in the dish. It was good, fresh and hot of the grill. With juice and coffee our bill was under $ 30. Another good surprise. Great breakfast spot.

Hippy hash is great with the corn beef hash. Next time I will ask for no broccoli. Love this diner. Right outta the 50’s. Staff is friendly too.

I eat there every Friday morning with a couple of friends the wait staff is excellent and it is one of the best breakfast is in town. I get the breakfast special and I think it has the best bacon in town. I have also had their lunches and have been very happy with the food. I would highly recommend the Fleetwood

This place is definitely a typical diner and has the usual design you would expect, but I was not Wow’d by this place. Decided to order the greek salad with chicken, a side of fries, and a vanilla milkshake. The milkshake I would have to say was the best part of the meal sadly. I received burnt fries and when my cousin and I both asked for mayonnaise the waitress brought back a small portion for the 2 of us to share… was excited that I got a ton of chicken on my salad but the chicken was not well butchered so I had chewy pieces while eating. Expecting Cucumbers on my salad the waitress told us after receiving our food that they don’t have Cucumbers anymore. Who doesn’t have Cucumbers for greek salad that’s menu says it contains cucumbers? The dressing was not the amazing greek salad you find at a coney island. Everything just seemed to be cheap here and made with no effort. At least I got a large amount of milkshake to have. Minus the fact that it was not a nice thick milkshake… rather soupy I must say. All in all if u want cheap food and get what you pay for come on in here. Don’t expect good service.

First off, this place feels like a standard diner. The staff seem friendly and the waitress was very prompt and attentive throughout the meal. I was excited to try this place because my friend was raving about the hippie hash, and I can see why! I absolutely love when I can get vegetables incorporated into my breakfast, and the hippie hash did that while still giving me the potato, buttered toast, and bacon that I crave when dining out. I ordered mine without feta and added bacon, and I thought it was amazing. All of the vegetables were cooked perfectly, the potatoes had a good brown on them, and the bacon was nice and crispy.

The rumors are true. Hippie Hash is delicious(especially the meaty version, IMHO). The coneys are delicious. The sweet potato fries are amazeballs. For a short time, they even had turkey burgers with ghost pepper cheese! This one’s within walking distance of my house, so I’ll take a short hike and meet up with some friends there. The wait staff is always more courteous than we deserve, and super friendly. Fleetwood is a must-visit if you’re in Lansing.

Will be back again! This place was great on sunday morning after the MSU homecoming game. It was busy, but the staff definitely knew how to handle it. Food was great. I highly recommend the chili cheese fries. You cant beat fresh squeezed orange juice!

This place was packed on Sunday morning. Obviously a very popular place. I had the #1 which was hash and two eggs sunny side up. I was impressed and will definitely be back for more if I’m in the Lansing area. Only thing holding this back from being a 5 star review was the wait but that is to be expected during prime time on Sunday morning.

After work, me and a few friends came here for an early dinner. I had the gyro plate and it was delicious! The food is reasonably priced and surprisingly great for diner food. The diner itself is decorated like a classical 1950’s restaurant! Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Open 24⁄7!

Fleet woods’ famous dish, «The hippie hash» lived up to its reputation. It was satisfying to my breakfast craving. The hash includes multiple variety of vegetables whereas other places only provide limited options for a hash brown. It puts this place on the map in Michigan. My coffee came fresh and often even when I ordered it at midnight. The chicken gyro came out delicious and satisfied my hunger. The French fries were great, and thankfully upon returning my mashed potatoes, I was able to experience how delicious they were. Cooked to a crispy perfection. The wait staff was accommodating and nice and quick to take our order. Would recommend to come here especially if new to the Lansing area.

Great diner just south of downtown. Drove past this place a million times, decided to take the family there for breakfast because our usual place was closed. Ordered the hippie hash with gyro meat, yes, gyro meat and feta cheese! Loved it!

This restaurant has that cool 50’s vibe going. And they have a burger that is made of half beef-half bacon. It was like the meat gods descended from meat heaven and bestowed upon me the gift of a food coma. I fully plan on dying of heart complications due to eating their burgers and I have no problems with that. Their fries are ok

The boyfriend and I had a very stressful and busy evening and were too tired to go home and cook. At 9pm-ish, not a lot of places were opened, but luckily he knew this restaurant was(24-hrs!) The interior looked really cool with its diner feel, from the red cushioned chairs to the open kitchen-bar area. Only thing missing is a jukebox. It reminded me of Silver Diner(if you’re from the east coast). The place was pretty much empty when we got there, but I’m sure it gets busy at peak hours. My boyfriend said their Hippie Hash is popular, so I ordered the Meaty Hippie Breakfast(love all day breakfast menus!). I was surprised there were veggies in the dish(broccoli, how awesome!). It was a bit salty but that’s bc of the corn beef, so it was acceptable to me. I also got a cup of Hot Chocolate, which I liked, as well. My boyfriend ordered the Gyro Dinner with sides of Baked Mac-n-Cheese and Cole Slaw. The meat was very tender and delicious. He didn’t like the noodle texture in the Baked Mac-n-Cheese while I thought it was bland. The Cole Slaw, however, was good. He also ordered a cup of coffee(free refills). Overall, great food, atmosphere, and service! We’ll come back again.

Best breakfast I had on tour! Everything here is farm fresh, not frozen. They have a cool machine that squeezes whole oranges for the juice. They chop fresh potatoes for the home fries. Great omlette, and bakery fresh bread for toast! If I’m EVER in Lansing again this is the first place I’m going!
