Everyone who works here knows coffee, understands orders, works efficiently, and interacts with customers in a cool way. Yay! Good job!

I’ve been to this Biggby’s several times and never had bad service or coffee. Conveniently located off of Cedar Street in South Lansing, my only complaint is that it doesn’t have a drive-thru. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. I normally get the iced chai tea latte. Note that out t is not made from tea, but rather a syrup. It’s so good that I crave it daily! Sadly, my bank account can’t afford this schedule. I get mine«skinny» which means skim milk. I don’t think they have a sugar-free chai syrup. Still amazing!

My local standby coffee shop whenever I’m in the area. The coffee is always great, service is always Midwest friendly [read: genuine friendliness], prices are always reasonable, and there are plenty of cozy places to sit or tables if you need to study. It seems like every time I’m home I end up meeting a friend here and talking for hours. There is even a somewhat hidden place in the back with some additional seating options if you want to chill in a more intimate setting.

Don’t call it Beaners anymore, you might get an angry mob threatening you. With the new name I am sure it will forever be thought of as Beaners anyways. I ordered a small(tall) Teddy Bear — white chocolate and caramel cappuccino. It was good, but sans the whipped cream topping there wasn’t very much in the cup for almost $ 4.00(with a small tip). The young staff are perky and efficient, so coffee on the go is a snap.

If you like overpriced hipster coffee, then this is your spot. The only thing more annoying than the terrible coffee is the number of young customers who constantly whine about the name change.(This company used to be called Beaners… now college and high school students take every opportunity to whine about Biggby.) Basically, it’s Starbucks… only a more local chain with worse coffee and more annoying clientle.

Outstanding location. I visited this spot(nearly) daily while living in the area. Free wi-fi and reasonably priced food add to the great coffee drinks. You’ll find many people on their laptops, reading, etc. There is a fireplace in the back of the store — great in the cold months. This location is open until 10pm. — J
