Problem 1: took 1 hr 20 mins to deliver. Problem 2: I called from a hotel, specifically asked for chopsticks and ordered soup. No utensils!!! Problem 3: the food was so meh.

We went at 9:30pm on a Friday. We were the only patrons. We ordered egg drop soup. That was microwaved because the top was lukewarm and the middle burned my tongue. The dumplings had to be returned for additional pan fry time. Only one side was fried. We ordered the special-pan fried noodles with chicken. It was not what we imagined but tasty. Service was indifferent and the server had no personality. The server may have been the owner. We won’t be going back.

Ordered delivery, and when it was a half hour late I called to check on it. They told me the driver was 5 minutes away. After another half hour, for a total of 2.5 hours after I placed an order, they told me they had already delivered it. Which they hadn’t. They claim they gave it to a man at my house. No man at my house, no offer to send the food to the correct address. Awful.

General Tso’s Bean curd was great. One suggestion would be more broccoli and carrots :-)

Delivery is fast and the food is always good and hot when it arrives. Boneless ribs are great and so is the general tsos. I also recommend the dumplings.

One of the worst Chinese restaurants I’ve been too. the chicken broccoli had barely any chicken! and the chicken was so fatty and stringy. Sauce was fair. Not good or bad.

I recently moved to the area and wanted a quick lunch while fighting a cold. It not very common that I found a Chinese/Thai restaurant together. I ordered their lunch special Singapore noodles and tom yum soup. This was hands down the best and most reasonably priced food I got. Perfect to the last bite. This definitely will be my go to Chinese/thai restaurant that I highly recommend eating at or for a quick local take out.

I really enjoy Hong Kong kitchens food. We get the wonton all the time and think it’s some of the best we ever had. There isn’t much we have gotten that we don’t like. Once they accidentally gave us crab Rangoon instead of an egg roll which was disappointing but only cause I was looking forward to the egg roll. The spring rolls are even better.

I always get my Chinese food here it is always hot when I get it and the tell me it’s going to be 45 minutes to an hour and it is always early. I love their fried dumplings. And they deal with my fussy changes… lol I’m even ordering tonight. I really don’t understand the bad reviews. Cause the food is good.

I’m not an expert in Chinese food but the $ 6 General chicken was pretty good. Crunchy, with a good sauce. Seems like a good value for the price.

It’s pretty terrible. They don’t give you the usual crunchy things and hot mustard. Their wonton has meat that tastes like it was rotten. I got the Hunan beef lunch special and the meat was very chewy and the rice had no flavor.

I never write reviews. So you know it had to be bad. I would give it one star, but the food didn’t poison me, so that’s a plus I guess. I ordered orange chicken, and received a bland breaded chicken breast with a side of neon orange sauce that smelled and looked like orange jello… extremely disappointing.

Sub Par. Used to be so much better. Wonton Soup is greasy and flavorless. Shrimp Chow Mein had no flavor.

I’ve only had take out from here few times. That too cause they have coupons in every singly flyer that comes in the mail. The food was average at best. The staff I found to be unfriendly at best as well. Not rude. But, just blatantly unfriendly. Very hard to understand through the thick accent. I don’t know if its their policy or what, every single time I’ve ordered over the phone, they neither take my name nor my number. I call from a cell phone, so caller ID wouldn’t work, even if they had one. Anyone who had bad experience and just wants to screw with them, can call in and order random food and never pick up. I don’t know if they have had this problem or not. Hopefully not.

Honestly, I am surprised at all the bad reviews. I’ve been coming here to eat in and get take out for YEARS and I like it. The food is good. We usually get take out over the holidays and we love to bring it all home and set our table and have a feast. The prices are decent. The only thing I would change is the music if you are eating there. Why they have the radio playing oldies is beyond me… they should have some nice chineese music playing softly in the background. I’ve always have great service! ANd, when I get tired of Italian from their neighbor, Palermo’s, I eat here. My entire family likes it– and has never, ever complained about the food. The place is clean and cute too. It is small, but perfect for a dinner of 4, 6 or less.

This is the most horrible Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to! I ordered more than $ 30 dollars worth of stuff from both their Chinese menu and«Thai» menu and guess what — everything tasted the SAME! They apparently use the same exact vegetables and ingredients for ALL their dishes, and just change up ONE or two things from dish to dish. THis would be okay if everything tasted equally good, but everything was equally disgusting! The Thai food is just the Chinese food with the same sauce, only with an addition of basil. The Chinese dishes all are exactly the same flavorless piles of grease. How is this place still in business? Disgusting, bad quality ingredients… frozen food tastes miles better than this! STAYAWAY. ITISNOTWORTHIT!!!

I won’t be going back to Hong Kong Kitchen anytime soon. It seems like each time I go, the food is worse. The sauces are heavy and thick and the only real flavor in them anymore is salty blandness. Spicy dishes don’t have much spice. The soup servings are smaller, and I’ve had multiple servers act exasperated when I ask for mustard with my fried wonton noodle appetizer thing. When a serving isn’t all that bad, and I consistently leave more than half of it when I leave, it’s obviously time to stop wasting my money.
