Stone Mill Hotel & Suites

I recently visited Stone Mill for a massage. The massage was above average, however the experience as a whole was poor. When I arrived at noon the door was locked, there were no lights on and the whole place was freezing. The room where my massage took place was also freezing, with a small space heater running. The massage was supposed to be a hot stone massage and I was given a Swedish massage. The floor in the room clearly needed vacuuming. When I presented my feedback to the front desk, I was told that the woman who used to run the spa had left and they were merely trying to accommodate people who wanted a massage. No apology was given. I would not recommend this place for massage or any other spa service.

We highly recommend Stone Mill Hotel & Suites. My husband is picky, and the rooms were spotless. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the rooms are unique (the walls are super thick stone). They have continental breakfast & cable.

I stayed while on business, worth the 45min drive from Rochester.

We recently returned from a stay at the Stone Mill Suites this weekend and I could not be more pleased! The photos on their website nearly sent me to another B&B, not very pleasing, but I’m SOO glad I decided to give it a try. We stayed in the Bicycle loft, the only room available 2 days before our planned trip. It was so charming! The staff was very friendly, especially Colleen. Very helpful!
My one complaint is that the light fixture in the bathroom is too low. I’m over 6′ and I hit my head a few times. (that and the mirror is a bit low, but I’m used to that.) Other than that, perfect!
