We love local theatre and the Commonweal was no exception. I loved the interaction they had with audience in addition to a great play. The actors actual came out and chatted with the audience after the show. I was surprised only one other person besides my wife and I stick around. If you’re in the area and even remotely like theatre, check out the Commonweal. Keep up the great work Hal!

Tremendous acting. Just finished our third season with Commonweal having enjoyed last night a tremendous performance of Last Night at Ballyhoo. No one stole the show because this troupe of actors and actresses all complement and work with each other so well. Incredible performances by Hal Cropp, Adrienne Sweeney, Ana Hagedorn, Megan Pence, Julia Mascotti, Gary Danciu, and Mike Swan. Sets were spot on perfect. Comfortable theater in terms of roominess, view, and acoustics. I can’t wait for next season! Every theater lover in driving distance should make this a regular part of their lives. Everyone who doesn’t love theater should spend a few nights with this company and fall in love.

A-​mazing. Great actors and actresses. Love the intimacy in getting to see them so close onstage and then the opportunity to meet them afterwards. What a treat! I really can’t believe it took me this long to watch a performance down here. What a bargain for the performance delivered plus you get free programs to boot. Commonweal is now on my hit list of things to do in the evenings with friends and family, and I already know which friends to ask to join me in watching 39 Steps!
