What a pleasant experience. If you have to go to a service center your car is usually going to cost a fortune to fix. Well mine is 12 years old and admittedly I try to avoid taking it in until it is absolutely necessary. It was expensive but I didn’t feel taken advantage of or question what needed to be done. They explained everything that needed to be done patiently and in language that I easily understood. From walking into this lovely maintained facility with a peaceful beautifully appointed comfortable waiting room that looks and feels like an upscale hotel lobby where you are greeted promptly and pleasantly to the moment you leave. They needed a part and it was late on Friday since I had no way of getting back they picked me up after the weekend in an immaculate car driven by a very pleasant young man whom I enjoyed talking with and left me feeling almost a maternal sense of pride in. I felt they were honest, professional, friendly and pleasant. My only complaint is that the hours are not long enough and they are closed on weekends making it difficult to pick your vehicle up for working people who can’t get there in time but then again that means they are considerate of their staff who have families so you realize you just have to make arrangements.

These guys were fast, accurate and friendly. They seemed fairly honest. I won’t be going back because they are TOO EXPENSIVE. Over-​the-​top Expensive.

These folks are by far the best repair place I have ever been to and I have been in Tampa for over 20 years. They are very family friendly. I have my five year old nephew with me and he is normally very wiggly allowed. Not only did I not get a dirty look but the office staff actively engaged him in conversation and provided a steady stream of juice pouches. I was used to previously getting screwed when I went to an auto repair place but I went in and explained that I was nervous about the repairs exceeding my budget. They told me every step of the way what was happening, the problem with my car, and how much the repairs would be out the door including tax and labor. And I also got a 10% teacher discount which I wasn’t even aware that they offered. And even better when I got my oil change they submitted the rebate request for me and had the company send me an email– a very pleasant surprise. I will never go to another car repair place ever again. Christian Brothers Auto has a new customer for life.

Honest and very reputable (sometimes hard to find in the auto industry). They go the extra mile to make sure the work gets done right and you’re satisfied.

Honest, quick, nice, professional, clean, new, and they do a great job! Saved us money and fixed the issue! Will definitely come here again if I have car issues. Even offer to drive you home or somewhere while you wait. Good location also.

New auto repair place, many vehicle types served, opened about 1 year ago. Tried company 1^st time this week for lube-​oil change. Service was great, facilities and customer waiting area spotless, relaxing. The owner Larry, took the time to meet and he has an extensive knowledge of auto industry. In short, give them a try!

Never feel taken advantage of again. Christian Brothers is the new Land O’ Lakes hero for car repairs and their owner’s wallets. Honest. Convenient. Classy — who knew an automotive repair shop could look so beautiful; it’s not just because they’re still less than a year old, but because they believe customers deserve the best. They know how to deliver.
They are providing the area a fresh face and approach, and I am thankful for every service they’ve provided us; putting integrity before monetary success. For example, during an oil change, I describe how my driver’s-side window wasn’t working. They estimated the repair around $ 400 for a new window motor; but, before they had the chance to fix it, the shop mechanic came running in saying he fixed it by just tapping on the door panel. Has worked ever since. Amazing.
On ¹⁰⁄₂₀ they held a National Service Day: Single Moms Oil Change Day. Free oil change, inspection, and car wash. The employees even donated their time. I’ve never seen anything like it.

A good honest mechanic. They aren’t the cheapest place around but they explain things in layman’s terms and don’t try to sell you on any repairs you don’t need.
