HORRIBLE!
I’ve been to almost 50 Rolex dealers worldwide, and this is the WORST experience I’ve had.
* walked in and wanted to see a couple of $ 20−30k watches
* the owner refused to show me
* he thought I wanted to rob him (he said it in a subtle way before I left)
I’m clean-​shaven and was with my wife. In fact, I was wearing a $ 12k watch as well.
Needless to say, they lost my business.
For a Rolex AD near Philadelphia, try Benari or Govberg. They will give you the red carpet treatment.
