Love this place! Bartender Michelle is AMAZING! Sweet, funny, and makes some bomb drinks! Will be returning!

If your looking for a classy upperclass establishment and have an acquired taste for fine wine. This is NOT your place! Straight dive bar!!! I love it! Service was descent, beer was cold and its close to home. I was in sandals shorts and a polo and i was a little overdressed! If you like to people watch this is the spot.

This bar is terrible. It’s cash only. The bartenders don’t serve you well unless you’re a «regular». The crowd is either old or really rude and sketchy. As a woman I never really feel comfortable there, too many skeeze bags and someone’s always trying to fight there. The pool tables are terrible, they’re uneven and there aren’t enough pool sticks. The bathrooms are never clean and never have toilet seat covers. So many thumbs down.

Only gave this one star because I couldn’t give it less. Worst place ever!

This is definitely my favorite bar! It’s a mixed crowd, ages from 21 to 101. If you’re looking for the all 21 year old crowd though, this isn’t it. It’s laid back, with karaōke some nights. I’ve never felt uncomfortable here. The drinks are good, and there are pool tables if you want them.

This place is a DIVE but it’s super FUN! Great crowd, stiff drinks, and awesome karaōke! Cash only though(they do offer an ATM).

Ive always had a good experience here. I really like the bartender on Wednesdays. She makes great mixed drinks and always greets you with a smile. And its happy hour all night, you can’t beat that!

It’s obvious that your illiteracy shows how ignorant you are. And, no respectable woman calls another the«c» word. Hope you can get over your anger with another hit on your bowl.

This hole in the wall place is a lot of fun, there’s dancing and drunk karaōke involved. You see quite a bit of older people, but it also has a younger crowd too. The only thing is it’s cash only, so make sure you have that. All in all its a good little dive bar :)

I used to be a regular at this bar. Due to my job. I haven’t been there in over a year. But tonight. I needed to get out. It is a whole new place now. Same fun people. Still cash only. But I found myself without a drink for a long time. It was like pulling teeth to get a drink. And the. Bartender looked upset the whole time. Severs and bar tenders make the night. This night was not made. I could have just stayed home.

This bar use to be really go up until the recent change in staff. The male bartender is absolutely horrible. He has the worst customer service I have seen in a while. The fri and sat female bartender(Sara) is usually busy flirting or trying to avoid work. The new bouncers are racist and very rude. If the person in charge could just get there head out of there ass this bar would be 5 stars.

This place was horrible. I came on a Saturday night so it was busy but the security guard was an asshole and looked underage himself. Then just to get a drink I had to move around the bar to 5 different places before I could get help with the RUDE bartender who I don’t even think knows what the heck she is doing the drink was awful… AND on top of it all this is cash only… it’s 2015. But whatever! I would never go back here or recommend this place to ANYONE!

Dive into the dive bar, I call«The Spur». Be prepared for crazy people, drunk people, normal people and most of all, prepare for a good time.

Love this bar. If you’re into sitting with a cool laid back older crowd and enjoy a good dive bar, this is it. Cash only but there is an ATM in the bar. They have karaōke and nice bartenders. Good spot to go.

I came in around 2pm on a Saturday, if that makes a difference. The bar area was packed with the local over 50ish crowd. They all seemed to know one another and we’re having a good olé time — it’s been about 20 years since I’ve been in a dive bar and I forgot how colorful the language could be. Bartender was friendly and pour a good drink — the right proportion of liquor and mix. I was given the incorrect change and when I pointed it, she apologized and corrected the error. I may give this place another try.

Let me put it this way, I was there for 15minutes was only sold one beer and no check back even though there was only three of us and that’s including the bar tender. It was more important to her talk to the other guy about jerseys, I think I walked in when they were going to go to that one room in the back.

I love this bar. When my man and I moved to QH in September we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find a local dive bar that would measure up to the one we used to hang out at. Well not only did we find one we found awesome amazing friends to go with it. Always a friendly face to be seen whenever you show up at the Spur.

I enjoy coming here to get away from the main bars in town, sometimes a little crowded and a few creepy old men but enjoyable. Bartenders need to be a little nicer and acknowledge their customers. Maybe clean up and revamp the place as well. Very run down and out dated.

The Spur is a cool dive bar that’s usually hit or miss. Karaōke on Fri & Sat nights. The singers are definitely not pros like at some karaōke places so you won’t feel intimidated. Make sure to bring plenty of cash since they don’t take credit cards. The crowd is very random but if you’re in to people watching and just having a good time then I would recommend hitting up the Spur. It’s a small place with limited seating so make sure to get there early
