Stayed here for a couple of days, we were in Lancaster visiting family. The rooms are okay, you get what you pay for! We ate at the restaurant they have there few times, I must say Ashely was so nice and was so patient with our kids!(anyone with kids know how hard it can be to dine out with toddlers) shes so sweet, Great customer service! Thank you Ashley!!!

First of all, I realize it is a holiday weekend and it was Valentine’s night. But I did not think Lancaster would be such a tourist spot to have no hotel or motel vacancies. We saw this large complex, maybe 200 plus units last night. Not the greatest of areas, but then again, this is Lancaster. There were maybe 5 cars in the whole complex, but they say they were only a few rooms available. No problem. We just needed one. It took us a few minutes to find our room driving around the large complex. Then, one of the thing I hate most, is your room card does not open your room. Okay, it happens. Every now and then it happens to us even in Las Vegas. We flagged down a guy driving a golf cart who is sort of the security? Luckily I habla poquito and he understood that our room card was not working and went to go help us at the room. He tried our card several times. He tried his card several times. He also knocked on the door repeatedly. In my head, I thought, who the heck would answer the door? Then, my wife noticed the light was on in the room through the curtain. That should have been a sign. So the security guy pulls out the master key and open the door. HOLYSHIT! There were two little kids and at least one cat in the room! The security told us to go in the room. Lol WTF? Those are not my kids. Don’t get me wrong, I have my own children, but I did not need to adopt two more and the cat on Valentines night without an interview first lol. So of course it takes several minutes of explaining to the security and the front desk that there were people in our room. They did not seem to know who they were, & I really did not care. Eventually we got another room which was very very basic. Tile floor, shower that sprayed the ceiling as it showered you. All in all, the room did seem clean, just some evidence of previous visitors such as tagging on the light fixture and possibly a bonfire that had happened in the bathroom. A very scary complex unfortunately. Strangers walking through the night with bumps and thuds all night and all morning long. If you like trains, you will hear one pass by loudly occasionally. I don’t know how there were so many units, and very few cars here. One couple, was trying to get their money back after being in the room 20 minutes because the wife was scared. I am armed, so I was not worried about our safety, but I was definitely concerned about my car. Which I have yet to go check on… And if you do happen to check in here, don’t forget to ask for the TV remote at the counter. For some reason, they must be so valuable you have to check it out when you check in.

Decent. Very outdated. Staff is odd but decent. Area is a little dangerous but hey it’s Lancaster. Have stayed here and at the Americas best value in a block from here and they are very close in price but I prefered the value inn. It was a more pleasant experience over all at the value inn. If you are on a budget and don’t care where u stay the shadow park will get the job done.

Stayed at this Inn while I went up to Lancaster to visit couple of friends. My impression before I went was that it was horrible, but when I stayed it was quite delightful for my expectations. There was a complete renewal of the place and was clean. The prices was a steal and the diner was decent. You definitely get your money’s worth here.

Do NOT stay here if you care about you and your families lives! We stayed there with a youth sports team and there were druggies and prostitutes walking around! Some of which lived at this dirty, old run down motel! We were told that the pool was not safe to swim in a day too late, after our kids had already been in the pool! There was a man smoking a joint outside his room near the pool where our kids were swimming. The front desk person was not even familiar with the layout of the rooms and gave one of our families a key to a room that was already occupied! Some of our families had roaches in their room and another found a makeup bag with a syringe and spoon in it under their sink. We found out the maintenance man was severely beaten by some thugs after they were told they could not use the pool. The restaurant is a joke, the waitress informed us she woke up sick that day and we kept having to ask for everything we needed. They did not have iced tea or diet coke. I would never stay at this place again or anywhere on this street! The cheap price is not worth the terrified feeling we all felt being there!
