I am not originally from this area. I was raised on the borderline of Kenmore and North Buffalo, so Franco’s pizza was my staple. Growing up, those square pieces were to die for, with their garlic breadsticks, mm. Anyway, when I moved out this way, I came to the sad conclusion that, Franco’s was nonexistent… heartbreaking really. When finally taking that to reality, my family and I decided we must try every pizza joint in the Lancaster/Depew/Alden/Elma area because we lived between all those little towns and villages. We must have tried five or six places before discovering Ronny’s and boy, am I glad we did. Ronny’s is located on a fairly busy corner in Lancaster. Surrounded by suburbia, the place is a small building, with smells coming out the doors that equal, heaven. I keep it classic when I come here, cheese & pepperoni, maybe wings if I’m feeling it. They never fail, ever, I must say. Their pizza, good lord, it’s so good. That cheese, and the crust, is your mouth watering yet? The wings, two thumbs up. Their mild is a perfect blend of not too hot and not too bland, and their barbecue is delicious, win a little heat, just the right amount to keep you wanting more. I have gotten their subs before, I like their chicken finger as well as their cheeseburger. Boy oh boy, yummy! I have to say though, I’ve had the same issue every time I’ve come to pick up… my food is never ready! I always come in and they say, oh five minutes, and if I have wings, it’s usually longer. I don’t know what the deal with that is, but it drives me nuts, however I keep coming back because they sure do know how to make a good pie.

Everything’s excellent besides the fingers. Pizza is amazing, great sauce and sweet dough, love the crust. Some of the best wings around, TRYTHEIRBARBECUESAUCE. Really good blue cheese too.

Terrible place. When you order wings, the workers steal a wing and eat will they’re making food. If you order 20, you get 19. Order 30, you get 28. Order 50, you get 48. In back, after the kid making pizza takes a handful of pepperoni and shoves it in his mouth and then wipes his mouth with his hand, he goes right back to putting those hands on the pizzas. Owner doesn’t care and Michelle the manager condones it. Always get your order wrong here. Pieces of lettuce on a meatball parm sub? Place is a rip off.

I previously gave a very positive review but I had a terrible sub a couple of nights ago. In the past I thought the subs were great but something is amiss. I ordered a simple assorted sub with mayo and onions. The ham was the cheap pressed ham, and there was barely any capicolla or salami. Miniscule amounts of meat. The cheese consisted of one slice of white American cut in half. The onions had absolutely no flavor and the lettuce was sad, limp, way past its’ prime, and not even shredded. I think they were in a hurry and just picked up some of leftover bag lettuce. I could only eat about ¼ of the sub, it was that bad. Very disappointing after getting great subs in the past. If they are going to try to pass off a lousy product on me, lazily and hastily put together, then I’m going to Unilocal about it. There are too many better options. I may give them one more shot, after a long time, but never another sub. And if I get another crap meal there, I’m done.

I love this place! They are always so friendly and the food is delucious! I love their wraps, subs, and homemade lasagna. It’s always super clean, too. Give this place a try. You won’t regret it!

Every time I order there’s something wrong. Pizza isn’t cooked in the middle, another 10 minutes. This time, my tacos were sour cream-less and tasted burnt. I called, was told for 2 days the manager would call me back. They left her a note that I called, with my name, complaint, and number. Finally, I got a hold of her. She didn’t know she was supposed to call me back, then told me she makes the taco neat every week or so herself, so there’s no reason it should taste burnt. Then told me she doesn’t know what I want her to do about it all. NOT once bothered to apologize. I suggested, most places refund or give credits. So, she says«I’ll mail you a credit for something, tomorrow» Talk about poor customer service. The Only reason I ordered in the first place was because they were open late, that’s all it’s got going for it anymore.

One of best parts of Lancaster(town & village) is its abundance of quality pizzerias. This being so, to stand out as one of the best is no small task. Ronny’s does. They makes a great pie. There’s not much more to say than that. I mean their subs are solid and their wings meaty and delicious, but it’s all about the pizza. They got it right. Oh and their blue cheese! It’s the bees knees.

Its been a long time since Ronnie’s messed up an order… the last one they not only made a replacement pie… they gave me the pie with the wrong toppings for free since I waited for the correct one. If an error is made Ronnie’s will make it right. Errors will happen… its how the place handles the issue that is important to me.

The Man In Black owns this place. Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. Ronny Cash! He walks the line between sweet sauce and salty sauce. I mean who doesn’t want The Man In Black’s Salty Sauce? I know I do! I got it all over my face when I was inside Folsom Prison. Oh wait. I’m supposed to be talking about Pizza. The pizza here certainly wasn’t awful but it also wasn’t great. They have some major customer service issues… just in the time I was there, the person in front of me waited ages only to find out they’d made the wrong order for her. I was behind her and only wanted a slice, I probably waited 10 minutes before I was asked what I wanted. The slice was heated up a little but not nearly hot enough for me. I had another customer service issue the 3rd time I came here which was that they told me on the phone a fresh slice pie was coming out, but when I got there, the pizza was stale and old and cold. She gave me 2 for the price of 1 which was lovely of her, but I’m not sure why they told me that on the phone just 15 mins earlier. The people are nice though, and the pizza is not bad… pretty average Buffalo pizza. So why do I keep going back? Because they seem to be open later than the others in the area, so when I want a slice(usually for friends), they end up getting«frequented». All that aside, I have nothing against this pizza place and I wish them luck, but I much prefer the one across the street. However I’ve heard good things about the wings here so at some point I will have to try them.

Loved the pizza and the wings, great deals! The meat feel right off the bones and the sauce on the pizza was perfect. Had it for our football game day. Highly recommended!

You always have to order an extra side of blue cheese because their’s is amazing. If you like a thicker dough then this is the best you will find! All the subs are great and I personally think the simple ham sub is delish!

Service speed is irregular… for lunch they are great and very fast. For dinner thou when the second shift works they are rude and are very slow. I had to wait 45 min for my order because they forgot about my order even thou I was asked 3 times what I ordered. That was one of my worst expierences there. Normaly, they have excellent subs especially their BLT sub! First shift is always friendly and polite :)

I can’t say I am a fan of their pizza, but I don’t go there for that. I lived around the corner and would order their chicken fingers religiously. Since moving to florida(where they have no idea what chicken fingers are, imagine Tyson chicken tenders, yuck!) so when I visited this past weekend, I made my mom trek from tonawanda to Lancaster to get my fix, and I was NOT disappointed. They are by far the best, biggest, crispest and awesomest flavors. Ronney’s — you will forever be in my heart and belly. And no one can beat your home made blue cheese.

Best chicken finger sub I’ve had in a Buffalo thus far. I’m pretty picky about my chicken finger subs so it’s definitely a compliment. Plenty of meat and the bread is toasted perfectly, a little crispy but still soft. That being said I wasn’t a huge fan of their wings. Everyone else on here seemed to rave about them but I was pretty unimpressed. I didn’t like that there wasn’t really thay much sauce to them. I’m used to Rochester wings so maybe that’s why but yeah, still have yet to find a wing place in Buffalo thay reminds me of home. But it could just be that I’m pregnant and picky. My friend raved about the chicken finger salad they had. Loved it. Said it was his equivalent of Jay’s Diner back home. Bleu cheese is the best in town. Hands down! Will give them that. Wasn’t a fan of the wings but I devoured the celery because of the Bleu cheese.

Great wings! Unlike any other wings I’ve had, they are huge and all white. I’m overly picky about wings. I don’t eat the bruised parts or the stringy vein parts their wings are perfect! What really sells me is their blue cheese and fries. You will never find a blue cheese that tastes as perfectly wonderful as Ronny’s. For years I have said that they should bottle and sell it. They finally do! Let’s jack it up to the gallon size!. Downside, delivery takes forever

So I think Ronny’s is decent. It’s a mystery why there sheet pizzas can be so thick and deep crust-ish and a large pie can’t be. It’s almost night and day. I like the deeper dish or even buffalo style but thats my choice when i consider an order. Ronnie’s has spicy pepperoni and their sauce is ok but inconsistent between there pie options is a black eye for me. So be it as it may, I’ll order a sheet again but I’m on the fence with anything else… prove me wrong Ronnie’s prove me wrong.

I grew up on Ronny’s, and have ordered from there at least once a year my whole life. Their soft tacos(yes at a pizza joint) are awesome. Their subs & wings are top notch. Nothing outstanding within WNY, but if you’re a displaced Buffalonian like me, it’s exactly what you miss & love. The pizza is good, but when I visit I usually order subs & wings here, and pizza from another joint.

I really like Ronny’s pizza. They have respectable hours… late…and they deliver. I love their in-house made blue cheese dressing which I request with every pizza for dipping. The antipasto is pretty standard. Iceburg lettuce, meat, olives, etc. I like the dressing they use. There are no tables but there is a countertop lining the windows in the shop with stools where you can eat your slice. Great location on the corner lot at Como Park Blvd and Aurora street. We used to walk down for a slice after school(years and years ago) and it’s still my go-to place for take out. Counter service, limited seating, delivery, good pizza.

I have lived close to this pizzaria for 6 years, and we used to get pizza from them all the time. Service is usually good. I also do appreciate that they contribute to fundraisers on occasion. However, about 2 or 3 years ago, when I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni, the pizza was overcooked. I am not one for burnt/hard cheese so it was quite a disappointment the first time. However, I try and give them sporadic orders, but have been disappointed every time, as our pizza has been overcooked EVERYTIME. Other food is good, such as subs and fried food. I just wish they would keep on eye the oven, and not overcook their pizza.
