I love the food, but the customer service is horrible. And shutting down the kitchen by 8 when you close at 10 is just mind blowing to me. So if you don’t show up early you can expect half the menu to be unavailable. Not a way to run a restaurant/​food establishment.

on 1÷18÷16. The food was great and fresh and so were the prices. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my fiends and family. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was amazed,

I left a review for this place a while ago and loved it. But my last two visit has been so disappointing. This owner is completely cutting cost. What happened to the beans??? Watery mess! I had a soupy bean and cheese burrito. The chips were completely stale. Carne asana tacos meat was hard as a rock. They put the red salsa in the back and you have to ask for them to get it for you. Cheap owner! Cutting cost is obvious. Disappointing. Will not get my business anymore.

The food is pretty good. They never have any specials. They never even have coupons or offer any type of perks for their usual customers. Sometimes they put way to much red sauce on the tacos and they have some good cooks. The food never tastes the same whenever I go in there. It’s always different some how some way. I hate the fact that they are always upping the prices. REMEMBER ITS YOUR CUSTOMERS which is why you were able to open so many restaurants!!!

Came here about a week ago and specifically asked for chips to go with my order to go. I get ALL THE WAY HOME… And what DONT we have… Chips…
So me and my husband come back today and this time they gave me chips… HOWEVER, I asked for some to-​go and the lady said «I have to charge you». I explained to her that last time I came I asked for chips and they forgot to give them to me. Then she said «I need a receipt».
1. WHO TH charges for chips in a Mexican restaurant? (That’s like going to Red Lobster and they charge for biscuits, or Olive Garden charging for bread sticks)
2. Money is not an issue, it’s the principle
3. Lady you know damn well, I don’t have my receipt from a week ago
4. I will NOT be returning to this establishment

Ate dinner here tonite, am worried tho when i seen the prep cook plunging the mens toilet then back to cooking, has me more than worried but there is nothing i can do but hope i dont get sick. I would never have given it a second thought if i hadnt seen it. Soda machine was out of order too.

HEALTH HAZARD!!!
Never in my life have I been served rotten food, until I came to this place. Off the bat, my steak was very greasy and then I noticed the beans were dry and tasted burnt. I was willing to overlook this, but when I realized the tomato in my plate smelled like mold, I was extremely upset !!! The tomato was ROTTEN!!! I was denied a refund and offered free tacos instead. I declined. The food is TERRIBLE and poses a health hazard.
I would give this «establishment» negative stars.

We asked for a refund, but they said no. Instead, they offered us a taco (worth $ 1.35). Please avoid this place, they don’t deserve the business.

Hubs really likes this place I ordered a side of beef taquitos –ugh big mistake how can you mess up taquitos? They were dry, bland and little beef. The quac was watery and seened like they used the bottled vinegary fake and jus added chopped tomatoes and onion. I was soo disappointed. Hubs offered me some of his meat burrito, it looked amazing but I was turned off by my meal. The food that was under the lights didn’t look appetizing at all. Jack is nearby.

I got the wet burrito and al pastor tacos the burrito wasn’t very wet at all it was really dry and the al pastor was bad it had little flavor it was almost black and just was a bad Mexican food experience sorry mi ranchito I won’t be coming back anytime soon

Out of all the Mi Ranchitos in the AV, this is the WORST of them! They are rude and not accommodating. I wanted beans on the side and «they don’t do that». Their side of guacamole is a few tiny sides. The worst customer service. Very disappointed.

There is a specific cashier (young female) that is pretty rude and has no customer service skills. While your ordering, she looks at you as if she were annoyed that you were there. This specific location used to have the nicest staff, now they’re all really rude. Disappointed.
The quality of the food hasn’t changed but the experience changes with their poor customer service.

My dad and I had lunch here yesterday. I ordered the vegetarian burrito, and my dad ordered the asada burrito. DELISH. I asked for chips and was handed over a plate of chips covered in beans. Pretty awesome! Salsa’s @ the salsa bar were INcredible.
If I could change one thing it would be the temperature in the restaurant. It was H O T T in there. 4 stars for no AC.
