Dr. Tai knows her stuff. She uses her skills and knowledge not only to help what is ailing you, but also to help you understand why. I haven’t had to wait long in her office. She is very affordable; offering a flat rate of $ 89/per month for an individual. No appointments necessary and no maximum or minimum weekly visits.
My personal back & neck treatment experience: I am healthy and relatively active. I fell on ice, and I got to a point where I was unable to walk due to extreme lower back pain. I went to Dr. Tai for only ONE adjustment, and I did a complete 180 by the next day. I am excited to continue my treatments.

Dr. Tai Is one of the best chiropractors I know… If I lived in Lancaster Pa she would be my chiropractor. If you understood that chiropractic is not about neck or back pain all of Lancaster would be lined up at sigafoose chiropractic getting a free spinal exam… So they could learn that health comes from above down inside out… Dr. Tai is the best…
