Who doesn’t enjoy some ice cream on a warm evening? But at this place you get ice cream your way, a song, and a show. The young men there are very entertaining. They launch balls of ice cream through the air to the awaiting cup at on the other side of the parlor. They catch it EVERYTIME! They make my ice cream exactly the way I like it and are upbeat and excited to do it every time. I am not embarrassed to say I frequent Cold Stone at least twice a week.

For what you pay, which in this case was over $ 5 per cup for a medium, you might think you’d get a lot of ice cream or at least decent service. We brought our two kids who were understandably excited about a place where there are so many choices. They knew right away what they wanted. The guy with the messy ponytail super high on his head was irritated from the onset. I really wish they wouldn’t say«Welcome to Coldstone» because I certainly feel anything but welcome by the destain filled attitudes. He greeted us and I told him first what the kids wanted. Rather than small, medium, and large, the sizes have clever names: like it, love it, gotta have it. We attempted to order 3 smalls and 1 medium. We ended up with 4 mediums, which was a blessing in disguise as none of the cups were full. In fact to even finish one of the kids cups, he actually went back for more ice cream and still didn’t have a full cup. The quality is the same as ever. The problem here may just be staff. One of the kids only got one of the two mix-ins we ordered. Everyone just kind of wondered where the substance was. Our money would have been better spent almost anywhere else. Worst of all, we still tipped because the staff singing for their tips is one of the kids favorite parts; not only did they not sing they couldn’t even be bothered to say thanks. Not our server or another who was cashing someone out at the register beside us. Really disappointing Coldstone. Guess we’ll take our business to Sweet Frog from here on out.

The couple of times I’ve been here the employees have bad attitudes. I don’t like going to this location for that reason

Best ice cream ever! Took the family for a treat and was rewarded with your excellent staff taking all 5 orders and producing each correctly, even the created ones. They were speedy and entertaining. They even sang Hi-Ho. Keep up the good work!

Worst customer service ever !! Dominique is the worst cold stones person I’ve ever encountered. Won’t be going back anytime soon and I don’t recommend anyone be helped by Dominique. Can someone tell me if it’s rude for a associate to throw the credit card across the room at a customer. Then I call and complain to be informed this has happened before. Why is this rude not friendly person still working at cold stones. And I order a plain order nothing complicated I believe in treating others the way you want to be treated. First Unilocal review and its about a place that suppose to bring happiness with ice cream.

Cold stone is amazing, but this server who is a girl with dirty blonde hair and has a lot of make up on, she was horribly rude and didn’t have any interest in a laugh, she mixed my ice cream when I specifically said for it not to be mixed, then didn’t ask me if I wanted any toppings. This was very disappointing. She also didn’t ask us if we wanted to try anything. Come on cold stone.

I don’t go out for ice cream that often, but when I do I visit Cold Stone. Ice cream is very good. I had today the coffee ice cream with some almonds. There are chairs to sit out side the shop. I do hate it that is next to a smoke shop. Their customers are out there smoking and it’s not good when I have my little one with me.

A tad on the expensive side but the taste is well worth it. The staff is very friendly and will accommodate substitutions without hesitation. I always drop some cash in the tip jar just to hear them sing. I try to steer clear late nights on the weekends because everyone goes there but the wait isn’t too bad.

Awesome, a perfect blend of vanilla ice cream, caramel and toasted almonds. The staff is very friendly and possessed of singing ability. No more need be said!

! Pricey as always but it’s worth it. It’s all about that cake batter with gram cracker crumbs and chocolate chips with caramel syrup. Mmmmm!!! But hey I thought they had more toppings?

It was nice when it opened but… The customer service is not satisfactory. Employees are not always friendly. Sometimes they ignore customers while talking to each other. I have even seen two employees stop working to talk to friends that come in while helping customers(and I’ve only visited this location three times this year). We ordered a cake but they forgot to make it so we had to get one out of the freezer. They used to sing when you tip, but this location does not seem to do that anymore. The product is great, the service is not. I would give it an even 2.5 if I could.
