I’ve been coming here for many years and I have always been well taken care of. They always have my suits ready on time.

I am posting this review after watching my wife beat her head against the wall with theses folks for several weeks, then I made the un-​answered calls the last few weeks. For more than a decade, she’s had nothing but great success with the previous owners. If she had been to the cleaners that day she would always tell me that night when she’d be getting the armful of clothes out of the car for me to take up stairs so she could put them away, how wonderful the young couple was and how much she just loved them. Stark difference since the new owners. I put them in the «Ultra-​High-​End» price range due the lost clothing and frustration level.
This is what my wife wants people to know about Century cleaners:
I have had similar problems since they changed management. They bad mouthed Josh and Victoria the previous management for their problems. I am out a shirt because of their negligence. I had to initiate all contact with no apologies for the loss. I was promised reimbursement but whenever I call now they just give me more run around. I was always taught the customer was important to the business but have since learned this is not the case. I will never recommend them nor will I ever go back. CENTURY EXPRESS should be put out of business.
To Josh and Victoria a thousand thank yous for your great service. I only wish I could have told you in person. I know that you will have great success at whatever you do.

The previous owners left to India, and have left a group of teenagers in charge with absolutely no idea how to run a business. My story is the same as everyone else over the last few months.
Personally, I dropped a uniform off here that was needed two days later, I paid for expedited service, they said it would be ready by 3pm today. Came back today and no uniform. They said it had possibly been sent to their other store, and that I could pick it up Monday. I explained that this was unacceptable, at which point they gave me a non working number to their other store. So I drive to the other store and they have no idea where the uniform is. Mind you each store is nothing but teenagers. Long story short, I just kept getting the run around, they couldn’t tell me where my clothes were, no big deal to them, even if they returned my clothes a month from now it is no loss to them.
As I waited at least three other customers came in asking for clothes that were «lost». They even offered a lady «store credit» for her almost new shirt that they lost. Another woman was told her leather jacket had possibly been sent to SAN FERNANDO! She said she had paid for expedited service and had been getting the run around for three weeks. I didn’t see a single person come in and actually receive clothes. Yet another woman had her comforter «lost»
Furthermore, they are unable to take credit card payments at this time, likely due to the fact that people’s credit card information is being stolen from their system. Please read the other reviews, the workers at the shop confirm that they needed a lawyer due to some type of credit card identity theft case associated with the dry cleaners.
I am going to copy this review to the other location as well.

Do not go there!
They stained my dress shirts, refused you give me my money back, and said I gave them all my dress shirts with stain. Worst customer service since the Holocaust!

Dont bother going here. I took my uniforms here and when I got home i realized that they were still dirty! They didnt even bother cleaning them, they just pressed my dirty clothes!

I’ve gone here three times and they have messed up on every single item… Ridiculous
None of my orders were at all complicated. Simple cleanings and one pocket fix

I really like this place. I love the customer service, the management, the cleaning and the prices. Been coming here for a few years with no problems and will continue to come here. They are great when you are in a real emergency and need a suite or dress cleaned. I had a funeral I needed to tend to last minute and called the store the night before to speak to the manager to have my dress cleaned and the manager promised it to me first thing in the morning when the store opened. It was ready to go when I got there. Thank you so much you guys!

horrible! took my queen size, cotton bed spread to be dry cleaned. it was done a week later, but when i got it home and out of the bag, it was SHREDED! tares all over it on the top side and bottom, the gray was turned pink, the cotton batting was balled up in the center, it was full of lint and didnt smell good. i took it back, they wouldnt give me a refund, and insisted that their seamstress fix it. which i let them, which took another week! and then they refused to clean it again after being at the seamstress. and the seamstress didnt bother to try to flaten the batting balls before sowing either! the girl who helped me acted as if it was no big deal.
