I’ve always seen this place and just started bringing dry cleaning there they are awesome got some spots out of my favorite top and for cheap $ 3 a piece they only take cash but that’s ok I only deal with cash thanks guys lee up the great work

noise noise, as you can see by my picture i’m a american! so must i say i have never experience with race with this place i have been here way before anything else was here, so i know them real well. the nicest and honest people i know. i have left money i mean money not change and they have return it to me in a bag, they could have kept it i would have never know about it, so remember some people have challenging days at times, so thats why we forgive.(dig-me)

Very nice folks and very conscientious about their work. My wife has been using them for over six years and she is very sensitive to both price and customer service. If they pass her high standards that says a lot. Recently they made a special effort to turn my daughters clothes around very quickly as she was leaving town. Much appreciated.

RUDE, from beginning to end.
I walked in and greeted the lady «Hello,» she gave me a look and didn’t even respond. She walked up to the counter with no «How can I help you?» or anything, just an expectant look.
I had this black Guess pea coat completely covered in dog hair, and had asked her to clean it for me. I was unable to due to my high allergies and needed a dry cleaner to do so for me.
She looked at it, then back at me… and told me no.
SHE SAID NO.
I asked her why, she said that there was too much hair on it, and that if i could take the dog hair off then i could bring it back and she would clean it for me.
…what? isn’t that the whole point of a dry cleaner? to clean my dry clean only clothes for me?
I took the coat to the dry cleaners on L & 40^th and THEY happily took the coat in.
rude people with no professionalism at all. i won’t ever come back and you shouldn’t either.

One of my pants alterations was too long and I had to argue with him to not charge me for it, and he didn’t want to even fix it. He told me it was my fault because i wore my pants higher then my waist. He even wanted to charge me $ 2 more for each pants on the waist because he said he made a mistake on the price. I had to argue to pay the price on the slip he gave me. He even changed the price on his copy of the slip, i guess hoping everything was going to go well when i arrived. he probably assumed i was going to pay the increased new price. It was scratched out and the price increased. I will never go back, not even to dry clean. Poor Customer Service skills.
