I want to like this place. But they are doing a lot to try to make me not.
The tables this morning are unclean and sticky. This is typical. I let them know but 15 minutes later, still no clean up. They did give me a napkin to wipe my own table.
They got my order wrong. That’s less usual.
The coffee is usually very good.
The hot food is good, but they seem to be perpetually out of certain items, such as the baked oatmeal.
My wife stopped coming here with me because she can’t stand the ADHD aspect with which the place is decorated. I agree with here that the weird colored flower poncho things floating from the rafters just make no sense except for when it’s Doctor Sues day.

Sweet potato tarragon bisque is good. Had the busted bird with bacon and it came with a pickle. Ok… on the menu the sandwich suppose to have caramelized onions but it was raw and the sandwich was thin. Price for the sandwich 6.50 not including the soup. It didn’t taste great, it was just basic. Coffee… well you can get it but it’s like 7⁄11 style, you self pump it. No specialty coffee drinks listed which surprised me because of their name. Their baked goods are made by Susan Notter bakery so it isn’t in house it’s delivered (they have a sign on the counter saying so). Definitely nothing to wow me back nor would I recommend to anyone.
