Body & Sole Reflexology and Spa

I received a gift certificate for Christmas for Body and Sole. I was very excited as they were able to get me in for an appointment very quickly. I had Kelly for my prenatal massage and from the moment I walked in the door she was very attentive and friendly. She made me feel welcome and the entire experience one that I am very grateful for. The massage itself was one of the best I have ever had. She applied just enough pressure to make me feel good without being in pain or uncomfortable. I came out way more relaxed than when I went in and will definitely be going back. I highly recommend using them for any massage needs!

Terrific. For those of you who don’t know (I didn’t), «reflexology» refers to a form of massage that emphasizes the feet. Theory is all the little nooks and crannies of your tootsies correspond to your internal organs. I don’t know about that but I do know my wife and I were treated well had a very thorough massage here. Sarah and Leah found little sorrows buried in our shoulders and kneaded them away. Wine before hand, water afterwards, and the Unilocal coupon for $ 20 was honored. We’ll be back.

This place is AMAZING! I called to make apt a few days before we were planning on being in Lancaster. Holly the owner said they were booked for the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend I was so disappointed so she said she would ask the girls if anyone wants to stay later and she will call me back. I was so upset because I had done a lot of research on spas in the area and this one checked all the boxes. She called me back and said the girls would stay ! I was so excited! From the minute we got there we were greeted warmly and offered a glass of wine! I had the BEST HOT STONE massage ever! I was so relaxed when I left I lost one of my earrings and they called me to let me know they had it and would mail it out to me! This was a great experience from start to finish! It should be a must go on your list! Thank you again to Holly & Her Staff!

Way too impersonal. One person and her husband own the facility. Rent small rooms to specific providers. All facilitators make considerably less than what owners reap. Less then adequate on all counts. The owners make the majority of money brought into the business but it is not reflected in training or business improvement.
Weak attempt to make it seem warm and inviting but fail miserably. I felt like I was on an assembly line for a ford car. Returned once… worked with another facilitator. Would not go back… do not suggest. No positive energy or good vibe… and sadly lacking an iota of sincerity. Out to make money only… healing patient is last priority. Good luck. Simply wanted a massage, a positive, vibe, safety… felt none of these.
Oh yeah… reception area crowded with employees trying to use phone, computers, cell phones, eat their lunch. All in all… SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

An excellent experience from beginning to end. Staff were very professional and friendly. I called to make an appointment but they were fully booked and they called me back as soon an opening came up. They also returned my call very quickly. My husband and I had a couples massage. They gave us a pre-​massage consultation to get to know our preferences and needs. The massages were blissful. The spa was very clean and had a very peaceful décor. The heated massage tables and tranquil music were very soothing. Both my husband and I were beyond relaxed afterwards. Holly the owner was also very good in honoring the Unilocal deal we had. If we lived in PA we would definitely be regulars. Highly recommend Body & Sole!

Holly is the best! This story starts off tragic. She calls the day before to cancel my waxing appointment (turns out she won’t be doing waxing services any longer). Bummer, but she listens to bemoan the lack of good waxers using Cirepil in Central PA and then refers me to Ashley. She the calls to make sure she uses my favorite blue wax. She calls me back to confirm that indeed I have another option after all. That is going above and beyond for clients, folks! Simply the best customer service.
