I lost 20 lbs in 30 days and was thrilled! Until I noticed that my hair was falling out. When I consulted with the wellness coordinators, and the founder, they claimed that this had to be from stress. (Can you imagine, women telling other women that it’s stress?). My physician claimed other wise. I was instructed to stop using the hormone creams by my physician. I asked to have the subscription to the creams stopped and the money returned for the months that I did not receive the product. They complied but up charged me for the discount that was given. When asked if they could make an exception due to the severe hair loss that I suffered, I was told that since they became a franchise, that they would not be able to refund the up charge. (So if it wasn’t a franchise, they would refund it?)
In conclusion, will you lose weight? Yes. But you may also lose your hair and a significant amount of money. You can purchase HGH and the hormone replacement creams for a lot less somewhere else. Sure, you receive the one on one meetings with their wellness coordinators, and they are very nice, but they are very short staffed and are not available when you need them to be.
