Disappointed. Definitely didn’t get the correct order nor did I notice until I got home. That’s what you get when you have teens on on a Friday night who are more interested in their own conversations than the ones with the customer.

I dunno, I usually like this place, I know its a little slower, but its because it serves Roast Beef Sandwiches. Besides, I had a coupon for 2 3 piece chicken tenders. However, I think the soda machine needed to be fixed because it lacked ice and it gave me warm soda. Even with the ice, it wasn’t enough. I hope they fix the machine because I like the food at Arby’s.

It is your standard Arby’s fare BUT during my last 2 or 3 trips here the order taker was exceptionally nice. My wife is not a fan of Arby’s so I only come here for lunch with my son when it is just the 2 of us. The time before this trip there were black particles coming out with the Mountain Dew and this trip the Mountain Dew squirted all over the place (when an employee came out to investigate there was an apparent extra piece in the soda machine causing the issue). Overall you get what you would expect and you get friendly service.
