Wine Academy Super Store

I was visiting family in New Jersey recently and I was interested in purchasing a local wine as a souvenir. My Aunt recommended this place. It was a massive store! I’ve never seen a larger wine store in my life! They had a local section and the staff was very helpful in helping me to make a selection. I picked out five bottles to take home and proceeded to the checkout. Apparently you get a discount if you buy six bottles so the cashier picked out another bottle for me which was basically free after the discount. Score! Since I’ve been home I’ve sampled the New Jersey Devil Honey Wine. I LOVE IT!!! Now I wish I had purchased more bottles!

Great Scotch selection in addition to wine. A little pricy but acceptable. Wish they had tastings for Scotch more often.

My favourite place to purchase wine. From the bargain priced wines to top end aged wines, the selection is fantastic. This store is huge and even has free wine tastings, and it’s automated so you aren’t waiting for an associate to help. Just sign up for a free card. There gift baskets available for special occasions, some already pre-​made or you can get one made to your liking. They also have a pretty good selection of beers including craft beers and IPA’s. Highly recommended.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Tho they don’t have everything, but they have alot of stuff I like, I love going into the «Wine Vault» that is inside the «Grotto», This place helped me big time back in the summer when no other liquor store would! Major Props! I absolutely LOVE the wine tasting machines, I grab a glass and go to town, and I make the Phishhhhhh sound each and every time the air comes out of the metal vending tube… They carry Opus One & Profile «Merryvale» along with other greats! So I suggest you get to this place, and try a bottle of Profile by Merryvale, that is located in the wine vault! I can’t wait to go back everytime I leave the store, great prices too!

Large and varied selection of wines and spirits (many single malts available) as well as a fairly good selection of true craft beers. Free wine tastings every day, limit of 4 — if you don’t have a card just ask for one.
The staff in the store is knowledgeable and friendly so any question is answered immediately.

Huge selection. Good prices. Nice gift baskets. Amazing staff. Free tasting! I love this place. Makes buying wine fun. Wines from all over the world. Each wine has a card describing it’s origin and taste, like a wine library, educational.

Such a great selection and great prices! I don’t like too close to the store but I make the trip just for the wine selection. I’m a huge fan of the wine tasting area!!!

Found this gem yesterday!!! On the way to see my mother we stopped to get some wine. What a wine store! From a huge selection at fair pricing too the automated wine tasting area yes you read it right AUTOMATED WINE TASTING AREA!!! Heres how it works you do a quick sign up with one of the staff they issue a card in our case 1 for me 1 for my wife this allows you to have 4 samples a day per card from the 16 bottle selection from the temperature and pressure controlled wine vendors. We shared our samples so in essence we sampled 8 wines. This is in addition to the regularly scheduled traditional type wine tastings (due to state law automated sampling is shut down during traditional wine tastings). The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knows there wine (Steve thanks for the help and turning us on to the automated wine club) We bought 6 bottles (mixed) and got a 10% discount) They also have a large selection of beers and spirits and a small Boars Head Refrigerated cabinet selling pre packed cheeses and meats for a convienient one stop pic nic. Great store & Great People. This will be our first stop when we are in the area.
