The Remote Start Guys

The dealership I manage uses this place for some items that are needed for customers vehicles. They are all nice, knowledgable and help explain the benefits of which route to take on your vehicle. Prices are very fair also based on the service you receive and the excellent quality of work. Don’t take shortcuts with aftermarket car stuff and do it right the first time.

These guys are great! Stopped in for an estimate on a remote start kit. I had just gotten a price from Car Toys too. Not only did they match the Car Toys price but I like this kit way better.
The install process was easy too. I only had a few days off left in the month and they were able to make it happen the next day even though they had a pretty full schedule.
The guys were nice and I didn’t feel like I was being overly schmoozed by a salesman like I did at Car Toys.
Love the kit and loved the service I received! I live quite a ways from RSG but the drive was worth it for the service and quality of work I received.
Give these guys a try and I’ll bet you’ll love the outcome too!

Hands down, the best shop in Denver. Mr. Sampson, the owner, is an amazing man. He is honest, professional, and very very helpful. They are not the cheapest shop in town, but you get what you pay for. Quality work. Big ups to this shop. Thanks for all your help.

I recently installed a Compustar/​Drone remote system in my vehicle. The deal given and install went very well, however the issue is regarding the details.
I would recommend them for the install with the caveat being you do you homework on the product you want specifically. Product knowledge and operation were the downfalls of the whole experience.
A lot of questions posed beforehand and afterward were not known. I’m glad I’m a great internet researcher because the explanations given were incomplete at best. A lot of the operation was «discovered» after the install on my own. If you are not a «techie» and require detailed explanations about the nuances of operation, you will be disappointed.
That said, I would recommend Jason and his outfit. Just do your homework, and know what you want — down to the type of install. For instance, I chose a soldering vs. clamp style install because of the permanence and advice from basically every installer/​electrician opinion found on the net. It costs a bit more but is worth it IMHO.
Overall, a good experience. Jason is a good, family man that runs a fair business. He just needs a little work on the customer experience (product knowledge) side and this a winner.

I’m by no means a «car person,» but I have had excellent experiences with RSG! We’ve now used them for three remote starts in our family’s vehicles and every time the service has been impeccable. They thoroughly explain the operation of the remote start, make sure the vehicle is put back together exactly as it was, communicate well, accurately represent the cost and the work, and are generally very professional and courteous. There are several reasons we’ve continued to return to RSG and encourage others to use them, also. They’re the best!

Remote Start Guys are pros who stand by their product and explain everything about their system. Furthermore, what was missing when I bought my used truck in the first place was a fob of any kind. It only came with one chipped key. The RSG threw in a fob for an extra $ 50 bucks or so. Doing this thru the dealership would have cost me close to $ 200. Later when I was having a problem with my remote start they were expeditious in the correction of the trouble. It would not turn over after about a year and after a failed attempt to remote start it, it wouldn’t start regular either. If I just tried to start it regular, I didn’t have this problem, so I did not suspect the battery. I was concerned they they would not stand by their product over 6 months post install but I called anyway they said I can come by and get it looked at right away (with in 48 hours) it was sooner than I was able to make it! The assured me they would correct the problem free of charge. Use RSG. These guys are awesome … They are even comfortable responding and coordinating via text instead of insisting I go thru some receptionist or corporate firewall phone system… Revolutionary.

I had a remote starter and seat warmers installed in my truck and the guys at RSG were flat out awesome. Very professional and genuinely kind and considerate. When I need their services again, I’ll happily return. These guys deserve to succeed. They treat their customers right.

The staff was helpful and install time was quick. I’ll be back again for a remote start in my other car.

I took my 2010 JK in to the shop as the engine was hydro locked. They gave me an awesome price for an new engine and were able to get the job done, and work out all the issues it was having.
If I need anything else done on my Jeep I am going to these guys for the work!

I’m a DIY guy so I hate letting others work on my junk, but I also know when I need a little help.
Thanks to the crew at The Remote Start Guys for removing the 10 year old alarm on a used Jeep Cherokee XJ I just bought. It was giving me headaches & needed to come out but there were just a few too many wires for my liking.
They walked me through bypassing the malfunctioning alarm over the phone so I could drive in & get hooked up with with a sweet new Compustar alarm/​remote start. They even fixed a door actuator not behaving while they were in there.
Just one call on the phone & it was obvious they knew what they were doing & knew my wiring colors off the top of their head. Impressive. The price was good, turnaround was great, the work & customer service was awesome!
You can’t get ALL this at those big box stores. Highly recommended!

The Remote Start Guys were terrific in my experience. I went to these guys with a unique need as I required a Remote Start that would meet special criteria on the parameters and intervals for the automated start times. Initially the specs on the model that I bought did not meet this criteria. Jason worked with me 3 times on getting it right and spent 3X’s as much man hours as would be typically required
on a remote start install. In addition, he provided the additional parts needed at his expense in order to meet my needs. Ben and Ryan were also very professional and helpful on resolving my issues and scheduling my visits. Thanks guys I would highly recommend you to anyone!
