Have used these guys a bunch of times and have always done a great job~

Joe and Joseph are very unprofessional and have unethical business practices. We were told we could not get our report until we gave them payment information, only to find that the report was inconclusive once payment was received. They then said that they would have to recharge us for an additional scope. Upon a phone call regarding the issue, we were told there would be no refund and we would just have to pay for the additional work. I would strongly not recommend this company.

Very unorganized. Accused me of not paying for their services then came to find out that my card number was written down by one of their employees and lost somewhere in the office. They continued to accuse me of not giving payment information after I told them this. They also wouldn’t release the report until it was paid, even though I had paid the day of the services. Would not recommend using these guys unless you like dealing with a bunch of useless b.s.
