God damn! I see what everyone is talking about. I’ve tried to make my first appointment for three days in a row with nothing to show for it. Each and every time I’ve tried to call in the morning or the afternoon the phone just has a busy signal. I’ve confirmed with google and my primary doctor that I have the right phone number.

Been a pt for 1yr the wait is not that bad no more than 20 min I will say the staff aren’t the best the two you men that work there are wonderfull yes they have made mistake on a few authorizations but where not perfect. Dr’s pa is very good at what he does seem to do every thing in his power to help me I’ve had minor surgery everything went fine I would not go to anybody else. I do see alot if negative review I guess it depends on the person.

It is a shame how much this office and staff has deteriorated. Standing room only in the waiting room (poor appointment managing), office is falling apart. Staff is lukewarm at best! The sharps container in my exam room was OVERFLOWING with needle syringes… you could grab yourself a handful. Nurse did my numbing injection (never had a nurse do the injection), I could feel the sharp scalpel when the doctor started cutting on my FACE for the biopsy, had to re-​inject me. Did a lousy job of removing the spot, very jagged cut, she said she didn’t have the special blade at that office required to shave the spot off. I called the office for the results, was told the nurse was out to lunch. Called back, was put on hold by the nurse who sounded like I woke her up. Held for over 12 minutes, had to call back, talked to a nice young man in the office, told him not to put me back with her again. He got my results right away, this was the ONLY positive experience I had at that office. I will not be returning, ever.

The worst doctors office of any kind I’ve ever been to! Waiting over 45 mins in an over-​crowded, STUFFY waiting room is just ridiculous

I’ve seen PA Erik Sorenson on several visits. I’m assuming a lot of patients are seen a few times at most so the staff isn’t friendly… more like they are just doing their jobs. The PA & the staff became friendlier once they saw me more than a few times. Nothing phenomenal about the office. It does get busy, so listen for your name to be called. They only say it once and if you don’t show up… you sit and wait until you get up and say something.

I joined Unilocal to to share with people how horible this doctor’s office is if that tells you anything…
I’ve been put on hold for over ten minutes about 5 times. The staff are always «out to lunch» and they have messed up submitting a request to get a mole removed to my insuance company a few times now. How hard is it? really? I’ve been calling and waiting to get a simple procedure done that the doctor approved and recommended for three months now. Oh, and the office wait is long too, lover an hour if you go after 2 pm.

Have you guys ever been to a doctor’s office where the doctor is all good and gets the job done but the staff is absolutely rude and careless of the patients?
Well, if you guys don’t care about:
*Waiting in the waiting area for your turn to be called 40 minutes after the appointment time…
*Waiting on the phone being put on hold without a reason for 25mins to cancel an appointment… then hanging up and calling back only to get a reply that «everyone waits that long on the phone to cancel» …
Then this is the place to go…
…Eek ! Methinks not for sure! =/
