The owner of this restaurant was extremely rude. I got breakfast there, but they got me the wrong order. I went back there and waited again and the owner asked me if I want my money back. I said«no thanks» and asked if I could have my order, but he refused. I told him that I’ll never order from this place again. He said, «What? Do you think I’ll cry if I lose a sing le customer? I ended up getting my food and leaving, but I’m never coming back again.

Never patronizing this place again, the owner was very rude and impolite when I asked him to correct my order that they messed up and told me that he cared less if I come back or not. Besides this place is dirty, they were shutdown because a mice and roach infestation last November. It’s amazing how a person without customer service knowledge is still in this kind of business, I read other reviews about this guy and he tells everyone that complaints«do you think I’m gonna cry if you don’t come back?».

This place has great burgers and what got me was the ranch it was so creamy and delicious. However they were closed for a while and when they re-opened the ranch was not the same.

They have a great salad selection, taco salad is my favorite, the Pastrami Sandwich is loaded and they definitely give you your money’s worth, and breakfast menu is great, their breakfast burrito is one of the best in the Lakewood/Bellflower area!

I visiting this establishment a lot with my family. I am extremely extremely disappointed it was closed do to vermin. For a place to be closed for this reason the problem had to be out of control. What I’m saying is this place was a hotel for vermin. I love the chicken tacos and burgers, the were awesome. But now I’m wondering what was in the secret sauce and what did I ingest over the years. Shame shame on the owner who was obviously more concerned about the money than the safety of his customs. I will never ever patronize this business again.

I’ve come to this place for 10 years and Introduced friends and family who have continued to come and enjoy. Today I came in 7 months pregnant with my 2 year old little girl. My anxious little one dropped her breakfast all over the floor before she could even take the first bite. The employees quickly rushed over to help me, clean up the mess and offered to cook up another fresh plate. After sometime, I went to check on the new plate and the owner stated that he held the order until I repaid for my breakfast. The employee said no no it’s was an accident. The owner replied, no it was her fault, she has to pay. He let me, my vey pregnant belly and small child walk off hungry. I believe in supporting small business owners, but due to the owners lack of customer service, I shall never return.

For a burger stand, their prices are pretty high. They charge for everything. Most places charge like $ 0.50 for their dressings and they charge almost a dollar, even if you have a large order. I will say that their burgers are good though. I have been there 2 times and my complaint for both times is the same: awful customer service. The first time they took our order with an attitude. How about greeting your customers with a smile? The second time we also got attitude. When we got our order it was wrong so I took it back and they fixed it. Again, with an attitude. I guess they didn’t like that we took it back so they spend the remainder of their slow night standing and talking amongst themselves while looking at us the whole time. Our fault i guess for sitting across their kitchen entryway. I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

Place use to be better. Seems like as times are passing many places like this establishment are just cutting costs and raising prices for less quality. What makes the situation worst is the fact when I go to places like this and order $ 16 – 25 worth of food they still want to charge for ranch and what not almost anther $ 1 on top of the meals ordered. You would think they would be cool and be like this customer just bought a bunch of food so let’s give them the sauces needed for they tastebuds. That’s just honest cause I do like ranch and thousand mixed for my fried mushrooms and in my burger to be drenched in. That’s just me, but at least at other restaurants like Pacific Starr, when I order a lot they by pass charging me knowing I just dropped a Jackson order worth of food…

Breakfast burrito used to be the best, after seeing $ not only did they shrink in size, found egg shells when taking a bite into it. Order double portion of sausage and paid 8 and change looks the same as a regular since serving of sausage

This place isn’t good. They don’t give you an itemized receipt so you’re easily overcharged, and their ranch or sour cream costs $ 0.85 haha like what? Like, what kind of dairy products do you use lol? Also, the pico de gallo is… Sad. How can you ruin pico de gallo? We found interesting masses in our burritos, yuck.

Service was great. Friendly and extremely courteous especially when I made a mistake an order sausage they changed it to bacon with no problem. Food was delicious. The fluffiest pancakes, crispy on the edges and and soft middle. My kids loved the French toast. I fed 6 here for $ 38. How awesome is that. I would definitely be coming back here again.

Was having a craving for real onion rings and I just came across it with my boyfriend at the last minute. wow. Lived here all my life and surprised I haven’t tried it earlier. Huge portions of fries and onion rings! And the burgers were good! Reminds me of Fantastic Burger… good in different ways. Definitely recommend. Sucks they charge for dressing…85 cents. But still. it’s a lot! :))

I love their greasy food, but I was so disappointed in my service this evening. After ordering and her repeating the food back correctly, we were on our way home. When we opened the food up, it was the wrong items. We drove back up, and the girl at the drive-thru basically called us liars and we were treated very rudely. On top of getting our order wrong, and now having cold food, they refused to replace anything. She said she could not replace the fires and mozzarella sticks, but could just reheat it, and we reluctantly agreed. They even made us pay extra, because she originally didn’t charge us correctly; so we basically paid for their mistake. Pacific Star Grill needs to work on their customer service skills and decorum. I will solely take my business to Burgers Y Mas. I know when I go there I will be treated well, and the order will be correct.
