McDonald’s

This is the worst McDonalds in the ENTIRE country. The drive thru sucks and it is always nasty inside. The customer service is the worst too. It’s December 2015 and I see that they are remodeling it or are closing permanently. Hopefully it’s better if they reopen it.

Surprising to see this restaurant closed. For good? Who knows. Stopped going here months ago because the staff just couldn’t get my orders right. I tried three times and on that third time was the final straw that broke the camel’s back.
How hard is it to hold the egg on one sandwich and come to find out all breakfast sandwiches have no egg? Management was just as bad as the staff, not accomodating and unwilling to fix the problem. On my last visit, I informed the manager I would not be returning. She ignored me and continued to insist her staff made no mistake.
I was informed that the restaurant was closed last night. Well, well, well. Justice served? Perhaps…

Went for breakfast. The young lady at the counter said she would bring me my food when it was done. I sat down in a booth and read my paper. Waited a while and wondered where my breakfast was. Went to the counter and it was sitting there getting cold. The young lady had gotten busy and forgotten about my food. I left a complaint on the mcdonalds website but I guess they don’t take unhappy customers seriously anymore.

I’ve been going to this place for over 15 year and it is getting worse and worse I had to wait 10 min for a drive thru meal after wait I notice that they forgot my sunday. then they where in such a rush they didn’t up on my extra topping payed 35 cents extra for super crappy service.

5 stars on Frozen Lemonade… not too sweet and natural flavors. No hint of sugarsyrup or fake lemon. Very nice.

Went here for a mcflurry after a lunch. I was handed a mcflurry that was half melted. almost drinkable and when I asked for a new one, the lady came back with the exact same one that I returned. Unfriendly staff.

This McDonalds has decided to get rid of $ 1 any size drinks in the middle of summer. Every McDonalds in the area has been offering this deal for 2 – 3 straight years now. Its mainly suppose to be a summer deal. Is this McDonalds hurting that badly that they had to get rid of $ 1 drinks?

Horrible service. I ordered an oatmeal with no cream nor fruits and they handed me an oatmeal without water. Seriously? How would they expect me to eat it? Also, they gave me a cup with a hole in it. Wtf. I will not be returning.

Food… standard.
Staff…horrible. Managers going back and forth about their staffs schedules and who is a pain and why… and then proceeds to speak in español about a customer and how he looked like he just rolled out of bed… and I heard all this in the dining area… SMH.

I mean come on. Who really expects a lot from McDonalds? But I have to say after visiting this store a few times you will never go back. It is close to home and I always think it will be better this time. Cold fries, long lines (I mean a drive through that takes 20 minutes with 3 cars?) and ordered a Big Mac with extra pickles (instead of 1 it had 2 pickles) and it was cold. You would think with all this cold food they would be quicker? Nope not this store. 1 star is being really nice –4 would be a better rating.

This has absolutely got to be the very worst McDonald’s ever! The people there must be a complete morons!
After so many bad experiences there we normally drive way out of our way to a different McDonald’s even though this one is just a quarter mile from our house!
If this is a franchise the corporate should take it over! They never have gotten our order correct! They can’t even get the right sauce for the chicken nuggets
The fries are never hot and less you specifically ask for fresh hot fries!
It’s so bad my nine-​year-​old even complains
Next week I am finally going to break down and call the McDonald’s corporate office and complain
We have neighbors in our same housing track who have also expressed the same feelings about this McDonald’s
Today stupidly we were in a hurry so we went to that McDonald’s
The result is in edible cold fries
The wrong dipping sauce for my children’s chicken nuggets
Iced tea with no ice
And cold double cheeseburgers
I would have called them direct but my wife just notice she also never received a receipt so I don’t have the phone number !!

Mcd’s food is pretty much the same everywhere so this review is more about staff, service, and cleanliness. The lobby is always dirty and I mean always! The people working here especially the night shift are rude and inefficient. If you need mcd’s in your tummy don’t visit the Lakewood stores cuz the owners don’t give a crap.

I only go to McDs for the ice cream and its soo good. Only $ 1 awesome!!! Lol otherwise, i have only tried the chicken nuggets:)

Worst drive thru service ever. They never fail to screw up my order. Plus I could read the entirety of War and Peace before they complete my order.

Micky D’s has been a staple for me since childhood. I remember when they used to serve their food in styrofoam boxes… I know I’m again myself.
I must say that throughout the years they have been consistent in the quality, or lack thereof, of food they serve.
I’ve always only order the No. 1 (yup big Mac special) and I’m convinced now as I have always been that they sprinkle it with crack because it just taste soooo good. Luckily I limit my crack intake to once or twice a year.
And they can’t fool me I know that those white specks on their delicious fries is crack too, great substitute for salt!
So long as the golden arches are in business I will visit them every so often to satisfy my drug addiction (AKA big MAC and fries… sprinkled with crack).
Oh and their gourmet coffee is pretty good too!

Not a big fan of this location seems that they struggle a bit with the tempo and frequently get the orders just a touch wrong. Been here a few times and it’s the small stuff that they make mistakes on. Missing spoon for the sundaes, missing straws no napkins, if you ask to put sugar and cream in your coffee they don’t, etc. Just the little things that annoy you when you drive away. Overall food is just fine, it’s McDonalds after all kinda hard to screw that part up.
It’s fine, just check your bag if you are taking it to go.

Entertainment book coupon 2-​for1 Grilled chicken sandwiches. The combo meals now have the feature of swapping out the fries for a tiny side salad. Jack in the Box does this but their salad seemed bigger. The last time I was at this location, it appeared the staff had just finished having a food fight. Behind the counter in the kitchen, there were burger buns, fries, and wrappers all over the floor. Because of the lack of care in maintaining the kitchen, I decided they probably had that same level of care in the food they put over the counter and I never went back. I’m surprised this location didn’t show up on a Unilocal search, even as a general food or restaurant spot.
Today — the place was clean. The music was terrible but I’m sure it’s a ploy to keep the teenagers from setting up camp. I had the grilled chicken sandwich as a 2-​for-​1 deal with a side salad and ice tea. Not bad but, if it weren’t for the coupon and being on a budget, I usually avoid McDonalds. Fast Food Nation style.

This place gets a 5 from me for 3 reasons:
— They got my kids order right with the happy meals, «hamburger ketchup only» seems simple enough but so many places get it wrong.
— Their outdoor playplace was clean and with out a ball pit so my children did not end up smelling like strippers and require the typically post playplace delousing.
— Now for the main reason I would even consider to write a Unilocal review for a Mc Donalds… THEY HAVE A BABY GRAND PIANO in their lobby. Right in the middle next to the drink station. Seriously! Talk about fine dinning. There’s a table built around it where you can sit and upon closer examination it looks like at one point the piano used to have a Disklavier but hasn’t been touched for ages (probably due to the Do Not Touch Sign). While my kids played their version of Lord of the Flies with the other children, I imagined a scenario where a meek and humble savant after years of working the fries, spontaneously on his break sits down at the keys and brakes into «It’s Mac Tonight» while all the patrons start to swing dance with each other. Camera crane pulls away while Grimace, Hamburgler and Mayor McCheese shuffle in from out of frame.
OK, so maybe that fantasy was about me playing Mac Tonight but either way the day dream was worth the tummy ache.
Good times, great taste at Mc Donalds! Woohoo!
