I have been training with Emre consistently for 2 ½ years. I have fully recovered from a knee injury(ACL/MCL & meniscal tear) without any surgery thanks to his patience, dedication & knowledge of strength training. He is a very committed & conscientious trainer. He has kept me injury free(that’s a great accomplishment in itself since I’m accident prone LOL!) He has customized every session to meet my needs, He trains me hard & I still leave with a smile on my face because it was fun. My knee is stronger than ever. I AM stronger that ever, more active(hiking, biking, skiing, paddle boarding) & in the best shape of my life. With his guidance I lost a total of 70lbs within the 1st year & continued to lose weight & gain muscle. It’s been 1.5 year later & with his continued support & guidance I have kept the weight off. He’s an EXCEPTIONAL trainer. He cares about your needs, has your best interest at heart & will continue to challenge you. His clients love him & so will you. You’re the best Emre!!!

I’ve been with Emre for about 5 years. I didn’t have a whole lot of weight to lose, but I needed to gain some strength and maintain my weight, and I have some physical limitations(bad lower back, sciatica, easy-to-strain bicep, etc). Emre is very knowledgeable about what exercises to avoid and he never fails to find alternative ways for me to strengthen the same muscle groups. He was also terrific in helping me understand what I should be doing nutritionally, both for health and for weight loss(which are NOT always the same thing and WAY too many trainers don’t understand the difference!!!). Another thing I like is that his motivational techniques are not forceful or militant. He treats you like a human being whose body needs to be treated with care. Your health and happiness are his top priorities — your physique is his second. If your happiness depends on how you look, then your physique becomes his top priority. But if you’re getting stressed or your muscles are feeling dangerously overworked and you need to rest, there’s no guilt trip and no «come on, don’t be a wimp!» statements. In short, he treats you and your body with respect!!! All in all, I’m 37 and I’m stronger and leaner than ever! Plus I have a great friend now because Emre is a downright awesome guy :-) Love you, Emre!

Maybe the fact I was turning 40 this year made the difference, or that I have 2 small children to keep up with but I finally made the decision to take some time for myself to get back in shape. After 2 c-sections I had a lot of stomach muscle weakness and figured I would do better if I signed up with a trainer. I was so lucky to find Emre at 6 Degree Fitness. It is abundantly clear from the very first time you meet him that he is committed to your success. Emre addresses every aspect of your health with a big emphasis on nutrition. He is so very careful about modifying exercises to maximize your efforts despite any physical limitations. At every training session, he has a new challenge. I never dread what’s coming because we are always doing something different. I have been steadily dropping pounds, building muscle, running(and enjoying it). It still isn’t easy to carve out the time to get to the gym but I go when the kids are sleeping(5:30am or 9pm) so I don’t feel guilty about taking time away from them. A note about 6 Degree Fitness… I chose it because it was really close to my house. It is a small gym with supportive people working to meet their goals. A very friendly place with everything you need to be successful. If you want a trainer that is professional, committed to your goals and that gets results then call Emre Comertoglu.

I am not a gym person or even someone that enjoys working out, until now. I found Emre at a local gym by my house. From day one I was very comfortable with him. I have never had a personal trainer but knew that was the only way I would get off my butt and go. I was so glad that he not only talked to me about working out but also my nutrition. I am not overweight but had that extra 5 — 8 pounds around the mid-section from having two babies. I thought I would forever be in clothes that hide that area but I was never happy with that. Two and a half months after working out with Emre I lost body fat, weight and now have muscle tone. For the first time in 6 years I am back in a bikini!!! I can also wear cute white t-shirts with jeans and not have muffin top! Emre is the best!
