Madison Avenue Auto Service and Towing

These guys were great! They completely took care of me from tow to finish. Very professional and a very well done job. I hit a curb in an ice storm pretty bad. Messing up my whole right front tire. They took it apart, got all the parts, worked with my insurance every step of the way and had my car driving like new in no time. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Cleveland.

We had an absolutely awesome experience with these folks Valentine’s Day weekend. We drove up from Pittsburgh for a much-​needed overnight getaway and on Sunday could not get the car to turn over. Had quite the debacle on Sunday ²⁄₁₅ trying to get assistance with our vehicle through AAA. We called AAA again Monday morning (after having to get a hotel room for an unexpected 2^nd night) and a driver arrived quickly. He was awesome. Despite many attempts while we waited in his warm truck, he could not get the car to turn over, Towed us to the garage. Knowing our situation, they got to work diagnosing immediately, and within an hour had discovered the issue. We approved the required work, and while they worked on it, the owner took us to the RTA so we could go downtown to Tower City to kill some time and stay warm (as it was subzero temps). When the car was done, we took the RTA back, and the owner’s daughter picked us back up at the RTA station. They really made a huge effort to get us back on the road ASAP, as we had already missed day of work and incurred additional travel expenses. Can’t say enough about how great they treated us there, and how appreciative we were that they recognized our need to get home that day. I highly recommend them!

This place put the wrong size serpentine belt on my truck. When I picked it up it was still making noise so I said some thing and the mechanic was like «oh yeah that’s the wrong size belt let us change it for you real quick». So I waited ten min. Then another kid comes speeding out of the garage in it and drives over curb. Completely abusing it. I was dumb founded. But whatever I just wanted to get out of there I had just gone through a whole ordeal with my truck breaking down in the middle of the street in River. They towed it for me too. If I was Unilocaling about their towing service I would give them 5 stars. They got there fast. But they are complete liars. So it’s sometime later and I took my truck into a different shop and they told me it had the wrong size belt on. I had been driving it like that for 4000 miles. So don’t trust this place with your auto repairs.

We went to the car to go to church only to find the front tire flat. The AAA sent Q from Madison. He was fast, efficient, courteous, and solved our problem better than I could have imagined. If you don’t have AAA, call Madison anyway.
