I was given an URGENT referral from one of their physicians to a specialist which referral was to be done within 48 — 72 hours, 11 days later, no referral and their office blocked me from corresponding with them in order to get this necessary referral. Run, do not walk, from this place. It cares about you about as much as a rattler which is about to strike. Horrible, horrible treatment, rude, condescending and medically below the standard of care.

I cannot believe that in this day in age they still have a voicemail box for those who’d like to schedule an appointment to see their doctor or to cancel an appointment as well. I’ve left numerous messages on different occasions before their 3:45PM cut off and they still didn’t return my call before 5pm that same day. The staff won’t even greet you as you walk up. They just assume you will sign in and wait, no «hello, please sign in and take a seat» or anything.
HOWEVER— Dr. Labatia and his assistant are AWESOME. Too bad they are at this location.

This is for Michael Castro, MD, Dermatologist. Very nice, professional doctor, helped me with the aftermath of a skin infection, which has healed up nicely.
The only negative is the parking, as they share it with the medical building and hospital next door.

I have to admit that the wait time has improved over the years. I used to wait in the front for at least 30 minutes upon arriving, but nowadays I’ve waited for about 10 minutes. I also still have to wait inside the room after the nurse takes my vitals, but it also gotten better. However, consultations and check-​ups with the doctor still feels short for the wait that you do and it makes me miss my doctor up north.
