Jack In The Box

Thank you so much Victor (name on the receipt) & his staff for giving me overly fried, soggy fries with a whole bunch of black burnt bits inside. I can’t believe they expect customers to actually eat and enjoy it!

Horrible service! even the manager has no customer service skill. This place got my order wrong and rudely refused my refund. Some black girl was on soda patrol accused me of stealing a drink. did I mention I don’t drink soda. She yelled at me even after I walked away she’s still going on and on. The manager couldn’t even get her to stop. like I said rude and horrible service. All this in front of my 4 year old twins as I was dinning in.

Recently had a very rude exchange with a chubby white lady working the front counter. She may be a shift leader but anyways this is a person with a very bad attitude. Very unprofessional, I will never visit this location ever because of the rude chubby white lady working the front counter…

Went to this location last night for quick grub because I worked all day and was hungry haven’t ate anything. So I Got a chicken tot melt munchie meal for some reason it caught my attention. A few hours went by my stomach was upset. Wanting to throw up having massive diarrhea all night. Don’t eat at this place. Tried to call a complaint but for some reason it’s disconnected so the health department will hear about this.

Jack in the box has always been special to me since I worked there while in high school. This one is my favorite one in southern ca. I love good, fresh iced tea and this one usually has it. Sounds picky but there’s nothing nastier than old tea. The service is a bit above average and food standards are maintained. Had the new buttery jack and it was great. So glad they continue to create new items and make changes to their menu.

Good customer service but the food is not fresh taste old really ruined my appetite. I think it was made early in the morning I went there in the afternoon around 1pm

Typical jack n the box food which I no longer eat but I pick up stuff for family every once in a while. I’ve found that this location is one of the better ones in the area so I try to come here. The staff is always on point and they try to get people out as fast as possible. The food is always fresh and the orders are usually correct.

I have come here several times before, and the drive thru taker has great customer service. (Morning staff).
so why 3 Stars, because its a Fast food joint. there south western salad is good, egg rolls, steak breakfast burrito, french toast sticks. but, there burgers meh
nothing special.

The staff at this Jack in the Box is always friendly and, most importantly, accurate. Cheers! It’s always a pleasure to buy fast food here!

OK so the food is your standard Jack in the Box fare. I’m not really here to write a review on the food because, lets face it, it’s pretty standard any location you go to.
I visit this Jack in the box a lot. I don’t really like where they are located because it can be a pain, but if you get onto Lakewood Blvd, it isn’t too bad.
The staff is what makes this place great. I have had wonderful experiences with the women who take care of the drive-​thru. They are always pleasant, fast, efficient. I’ve never had my order shorted in all the times I’ve visited (which are more than Unilocal says because I forget to check in). Way to go!

I don’t get it, I don’t get why this place has such a hard time getting my order right. Not just this location but all of them.
I have reduced my visits to Jack N The Box, but due to me trying to eat more healthy but when I go to them they always can’t seem to get my order right.
I’m pretty damn tired of it.
The lady there was super nice, toeing the line on annoying. She is the reason why this review has the 2 stars.

I’m so upset about the rude service my family and I recieved at this location last night. We waited almost 10 mins to even pull up to the drive thru to place our order. After placing our order and pulling forward we had to wait an additional 10 – 15 mins until we got to the window to pay. After the cashier repeated our order we realized she didn’t include our 6 tacos. So we asked her to add them on. She proceeded to tell me that she COULDN’T do that and informed me that I needed to walk inside for that. I said, «I’ve already been in line 20 mins and you want me to walk inside, wait in line and then wait another 10 mins for tacos that YOU forgot to place on my tab?» She replied, «Yeah.» and pointed to the front of the store. So I hopped out of the passenger seat and left my family in the drive thru while I waited in line to order my tacos that the cashier forgot. While in line I’m witnessing the chaos unfold. Liquid all over the lobby floor, dirty tables and a rude cashier. Four customer ahead of me and I finally get to order my food. I inform the cashier of my experience and she smiled and gave me my total. Are you serious? Total disregard for what I had said. I left feeling totally not valued and upset. We get home which is only a 5 min drive and yes our food was cold. Cold curly fries, cold burgers, cold tacos, and they also gave us some chili cheese sort of thing when we asked for bacon potatoe wedges. I just can’t believe how bad this expericne has been and how the employees didn’t even care at all. Oh and for thoses tacos I waited in store for. They were cold and didn’t even contain the taco sauce that comes on the inside. Total loss.

If you’re having a «fat attack» and want to go on an all-​out junkfest, Jack in the Box is the ticket.
One thing I like about Jack in the Box restaurants is they won’t cook your order until you place it, and not before. I always get hot, freshly cooked food from here. The bad thing, just about everything on the menu is cooked in hot grease, so not exactly the healthiest food to eat on a regular basis.
My favorites from Jack in the Box are the Ultimate Cheeseburger, Jumbo Jack, egg rolls, 0.99 chicken sandwiches and the 0.99 tacos. I don’t know what they put inside the tacos, but in my humble opinion, they have to be the best tacos on the planet! I also like the breakfast sandwiches, particularly the sausage croissant and Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich.
Since I live close enough to this location to walk, I usually go inside this restaurant to order, then take my order to go. The couple of times I’ve gone in the drive-​thru weren’t such pleasant experiences (they messed up my order each time), so I’ve decided that I will always go up to the counter in person.
The people who work here are generally friendly and eager to serve you. Now if I could only meet the Jack in the Box clown himself, that would be something! :-D

The staff here is friendly and quick. Never too long of a wait in the drive thru (I’ve never set foot inside). Busy corner and hard to manuever in and out of the parking lot.
Food is pretty good, but the burgers alway are slopped with sauce, so I have to state «easy on the sauce» everytime I order a burger. Tacos and fries are always cooked to order. And they are not stingy on the condiments and don’t upcharge you if you ask for extra. Love this!
Would prefer a different JITB, but at 2am, this one does the job becuase it’s about a block from my mini mansion :-)

Stopped in while the wife was getting her nails done next door. Had to get my taco fix for a buck…

Something is wrong with this place. Try ordering any of the sirloin items and tell me you don’t get a regular patty. On top of that, of the few times I have gone in the past 3 – 6 months, it hasn’t gotten any better. The Fries are soggy/​not fresh, the sandwiches don’t taste very good — everything just tastes old or like its been sitting there since yesterday! I’ve tried giving it a few chances because of its proximity, but I can’t take the awful taste anymore.

Cheery employees and freebies
I ordered two 99 cent tacos and 3 pc jalapeño poppers.
She heard my order correctly the first time.
I gave her exact change.
She hands me 2 tacos, 5 (yes five) poppers, a couple fries, a nugget of crispy batter, 1 ranch, and 2 hot sauces. i didn’t need to ask and she mentioned «those poppers just aren’t the same without the ranch» with a big smile. I love this place…

I usually go here to get coffee. They are super fast and always friendly at the drive-​thru window. I wish it wasn’t on such a busy street corner. Sometimes, the people racing through the intersection nearly rear end the car suddenly braking to turn into the jack in the box. Not very safe if you ask me.
