I’ve been in Dave’s martial arts program for over a year. I can’t believe the results! I’m leaner, more flexible and quick than I was 10 years ago! Dave teaches the essence of martial arts in his classes and is able to integrate teachings from multiple masters. I’ve used this rare perspective to use martial arts for personal development. One class gets me physical well being and mental clarity… and a better golf game!

Dave is ahhhh-​mazing! I cannot begin to express how tightly wound I am on a regular basis. Dave’s name was given to me by a friend and I can’t thank her enough for passing on the information. He is professional, and nice. He asks pertinent questions about the type of body work you’re looking for, and by golly, he listens!
I’ve had plenty of massages in my life & Dave is by far one of the absolute best. I cannot say I’ve had anything even close to his type of massage /​therapy in Cleveland.
Dave is a bargain for your buck too! You won’t find a better deal for a massage anywhere in this city (unless you have a friend who does massage).
Heartwind is not a fancy-​schmancy spa by any stretch. It’s kind of a weird, tucked away old office, but once he starts to work, you don’t notice & the world goes away. Don’t let the space deter you…

I would recommend Dave at Heartwind to anyone who is looking for a true professional for your massotherapy needs. I started going to Dave for post-​surgery treatments a few months ago and have made great progress! Without his knowledge and expertise of the human body, I’m not sure how my foot would be today. I continue to go to Dave not only for my foot but also for back and neck massages. He is a true master of his craft!
