Emerald City Smoothie

Love this location. Next to the Puyallup location this is my favorite. Always very clean, staff are very friendly and organized. I know it’s a new location so I hope they continue the great service! My smoothie is always amazing, & I get something different every other time. Definitely worth a visit

They suck and it pisses me off that every time I come here my smoothie tastes like ice. All the damn time and I’m never coming here again. I used my 10^th free one from the car right now and it’s disgusting. Fucking waste. Every single time. At first I thought okay maybe it was just one time or just that one particular person but no if f****** sucks there I would not recommend anybody come to this location.

I decide to go back and let them know hit tasted like ice. BTW she put alot of ice in it. And she said well I don’t get it cause it looks like how it’s suppose to. Ummm hello idiot that don’t mean shit, it taste nasty. And I was nice about it the whole time and she was pissed and had a smart ass attitude because I didn’t like. Can’t even make something something as simple as a smoothie and provide good customer service. Don’t go here anyone and if you don’t order from the female there. The smoothie she remade from me still sucked and I wasn’t even going to waste my time there anymore I just took it and left !!! The best location for emerald is federal way. This location has crappy service and shitty smoothies
