Bad. Definite no for lash extensions. Got my first set here. They were super straight and PAINFUL. Several lashes were glued in clumps. Go elsewhere even with a groupon. Trust me.

DO NOT GO TO POLLY! I asked for ombré balayage highlights and she gave me two toned hair. She literally just dyed the bottom 3 inches of my hair straight blonde. There is a line across my hair and even that is not straight. I will post a pic in photos do you can see. The worst part is when I reached out to her to have it fixed in the next few days (I had a flight out of town), first she told me thats how ombré is supposed to look and that it always has a line at firsf (FALSE). And then she refused to come in on her day off and she said she was booked the next day and wouldn’t come in early to get me in before her first appointment that day either. Luckily I found her through groupon and they are going to refund me what I spent with them, so I am just out the extra I paid her for the «ombré» and her tip. BUYER BEWARE.

Sunny is the best ever! Very friendly and professional. I got my permanent eyebrows and eyeliners done. I am very satisfied with the results. Definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience here. The owner Sunny is one of the nicest people I have met in Washington. The salon is very put together and impeccably clean. I have been getting my hair done for over 10 years and I can honestly say she is one of the best stylist I have been to. I have had many bad experiences in the past with stylist cutting too much off or not getting my color right. Sunny did a balayage color on my hair with a cut and it turned out great, she also waxed my eyebrows and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking an expert in their trade. The quality and prices are unmatched to any salon I have seen in the Tacoma area and beyond. Sunny is such a talented stylist /​colorist with a flair for current, modern, trending cuts and color techniques for men and women. She listens to your needs, is accommodating and affordable, and kid friendly. Her spa/​salon also offers spa treatments, massage, cosmetic tattooing, and Pedi/​Mani services too. She’s awesome with our 5 year old– giving her the sassiest little A-​line cut… we receive compliments from strangers all the time.
