Carl’s has good burgers. Good chicken burgers. They aren’t a bad fast food chain. BUTWHY do they only give one small tomato with their burgers? Really, are they that expensive? I am tire of getting a wide burger but mini tomato. INO gives two tomatoes on their burgers which are smaller.

Literally sitting here in the drive thru. No line. But I’m still waiting for my order. Lily was working the drive thru and sounded super unhappy and pretty rude. She seems like a pretty lazy worker. Would hate to have my business be operated but such lazy staff. Thanks for the famous star lily, by the way I asked for no sauce.

Went to this location after a long day at work and was so dissatisfied with my meal. My chicken sandwiches were not even hot and tasted hard and like they had been sitting out for a while and my fries weren’t hot either. It was all pretty disgusting and I’d rather go out of my way to find another location than to come to this one again. The drive thru girl was nice I guess but the food was awful.

Definitely want to make sure you check your order here. Kid in the drive-thru likes to goof off and is very forgetful. Been enough times of coming to this location between 6−10pm to know better and I know I will do better and head to one close to me in a different direction.

Always love eating breakfast here, biscuits are fresh and warm, and mostly filling that’ll make you want more and more There service is helpful and polite, love seeing the manager smile, and the cooks singing Spanish music. I also got lunch the same day and got a avocado bacon cheeseburger which was to die for. Meat was perfectly cooked and they’re generous with there veggies, and I always get a spicy chicken to add at the end and it tasted great. The employees like Alessandro and Brandon, provide great customer service and get things done in a fast paced way. Always smiling and making sure me and friends are satisfied. The whole restaurant is always clean and the bathrooms smell good. The place is up to date. I approve and encourage people to come here for best fast food and fast service.

Fairly quick service and my special order was perfect(I actually special ordered so much stuff that I stopped right past the drive in window to make sure that they got it all right — lol — they did). Perfect spot to stop on my way to the grocery store.(: I like that I can come here and fill up and my little ones are happy too!

This place always screws up the orders. Customers shouldnt have to check there bags to see if everything ordered is there. Carmela the sup, is horrible. The manager lupe should do something about this. Such a waste of time and money. Zero stars

Can’t beat a Western Bacon Cheeseburger :) The staff here, although it is a fast food, were ok with their customer service.

Overall the staff are very helpful and informative about menu items. Today I went and my order was not as requested; however the person working the drive thru kindly fixed my order within seconds and did not charge extra for the mistake. Thanks.

Me definitely thinks not… Came to this location on Lakewood Marketplace and ordered through the drive-through window today at around 3:30pm on Sunday 03/18/2012. The cashier was nice, until she did that stupid trick to they always do which is to have you drive up to the front of the restaurant to keep the line going. I moved because I didn’t want to received my food full of biohazardous waste. They took a long time to bring the order to the car, so I got out and went to pick up my order. When I received the order the customer service representative apologized for the waiting time stating that the reason that the service was not faster was because they only have three employees working at that time. At first I though, «well it’s not their fault Carl’s Jr. is too cheap to have an acceptable amount of staff working at a time,» but when I checked out my order it was incomplete. I ordered a Steakhouse burger and received this garbage of a beef patty with blue cheese. They left the lettuce out and, most importantly, left out the crispy onion rings. «WTF!» a steakhouse burger without the onion rings. I was too far away to return the burger to them so naturally I was pissed off. The pattern of bad customer service is clearly visible and it all comes down to poor(or lack of) supervision. I’ve gone to other restaurants and received great service during the week, but on the weekend, these same establishments become zombified. I agree with«Sam S» that the staff here are nice, but they are nicely full of cow pie.

Staff here are nicer than the one closer to my home. Actually it’s the manager that I don’t like there but this location has a Green Burrito too so it makes it worth coming here despite it being a little further away. I asked for some ranch to dip in with my fries and instead of getting those dipping packets of house dressing, now they give you ranch in a round container that’s been filled by hand. Now I don’t have a problem with that but they didn’t even fill it completely! NOTEVENHALFWAYFULL! I’m not kidding they only had like ¼ way filled like a tablespoon full. WTF! BRINGTHEHOUSEDRESSINGCONTAINERSBACK! That is all.

MYPERSONALSVIEWSONWHEELCHAIRACCESSIBILITYINCLUDETHEFOLLOWING: ACCESSIBLEBATHROOMS, TABLEHEIGHT(PARTICULARLYINBARS), ABILITYTOGETAROUNDINSIDEWITHOUTTAKING ‘SIDETRIPS.‘ ACCESSIBILITYREVIEW Well I have to say this. I’ve reviewed the Carl’s Jr. in Cerritos. That one has recently been remodeled and looks nice inside compared to this one… then again, it is in Lakewood. At least they don’t have high bar tables… er…yet. They had not one, but TWO of those cheesy-ass signs posted saying that they’ll help the disabled. Of course I noticed that after I asked for help because I couldn’t reach the damn straws… yeah, ouch. I think they need more signs indicating that they’ll help other people so I don’t feel singled out. Lets see, here’s an idea for wording: «We will gladly assist people of color, women, Jews, fat people and people in wheelchairs.» Lets just make Rosa Parks roll over in her grave, while we’re at it. Enough with the stupid signage. The bathrooms are SLIGHTLY more spacious than the one in Cerritos. Tables: Typical place, it sucks, has booths and few tables where you can move the chairs out. Oh well, in a neighborhood that’s semi-ghetto-fabulous, what can you expect. RESTAURANTREVIEW Wow, if you’re a homeless pedophile, this is the place for you to go. I was there after a trip to the Fresh & Easy grocery store and saw loads of high school girls there from St. Joseph’s HS… and I just realized how wrong that sentence sounded. lol. Anyhow, if you’re just a homeless guy, and not a pedophile, go to the one in Cerritos. There’s a guy with long hair that’s been going there for at least 15 years that I can remember and he probably parks his shopping cart in back while he goes into that restaurant and sits there all day drinking his free cup of water. He use to be completely nuts but maybe he can at least afford some good drugs to subdue him a bit. OK so I thought I’d check out the restroom cuz that’s what I do. Unlike the Cerritos location, I didn’t see any ink, anywhere. Unfortunately, the gangsters are a bit smarter in Lakewood than they are in Cerritos and bring their knives so they can carve their(cough cough) first amendment rights into the walls and sink of the bathroom. OK so I lied, I did see a little bit of ink. It looked like some twerp wrote on the sign in there with a ball-point pen saying«Gangs are for gays.» OK so the quality of food here… it’s a grease burger place designed to give you a heart attack… and it does. My dad went there every other day and look what happened to him… cremated at the age of 59. Not cool. Do yourself a favor. Instead of eating here and looking at girls that are«fresh & easy,» go across the parking lot and shop at the«Fresh & Easy» and eat something healthy or you’ll turn into some fat bastard, end up not getting laid and looking at «fresh & easy» girls the rest of your life. Oh yeah, it’s a Carl’s Jr./Green Burrito. So, if the burgers don’t kill you, get a big ass burrito. That’ll do the trick! While you’re at it, go across the parking lot and buy some expandable clothes at Ross. My rating is the same as my accessibility rating.
