Today, my eldest son attended his friend’s 6^th birthday party at this establishment. First, when I attempted to buy my son socks (as we had forgotten them at home and he was not wearing any) I was rather rudely questioned as to why I «had my wallet out» from the same woman who had already verified that we were a part of my son’s friend’s party. The socks were in my hand, placed on the counter, and when I said that I wished to purchase the socks, I was questioned yet again. She ran my card and acted all the while as if I was the one at fault. Secondly, the staff seemed to be much more interested in rushing in and out of each «bounce room» than actually assisting/​spotting the smaller children on the equipment. These things happen, and I understand that not every establishment is fully staffed, or staffed with competent employees, but when I really got soured on this business was when I asked who appeared to be a more senior staff member where my wife may find a more private area so she may nurse our one year old son. Her response was a cringe, and then the restroom was suggested. When I asked if the party room (empty) could be utilized, she told me that once it was set up, that would be fine. Cut to fifteen minutes later, and the party room had been set up. I am sitting with my wife as she nurses the baby and our son plays with his friends in the next room, when an employee sticks her head in the doorway, makes eye contact with me, turns to my wife and VERY loudly says «OH SWEET LORD» and walks away.
If you are working in/​running a business geared towards children, maybe you should understand that those children NEED TO EAT. I did not mention to my wife (who was distracted by the baby babbling etc) that this occurred so as not to upset her, but my blood was boiling.
I am angered and saddened by the level of ignorance and lack of tact exhibited by the staff of this establishment. We told our 4 year old that we would come back soon, but we also tell him that Santa Claus is real and that he’ll never have to leave home and get a job.

We had our 4yr olds birthday party here and this establishment completely dropped the ball w/​several things. 1: we ordered the food through them and there was things missing. 2: we paid for a person to dress up like a ninja turtle and play w/​the kids, there wasn’t any eye holes in the costume so the guy just stood there and couldn’t move without assistants from someone. 3: they’re in such a rush that they mixed are party w/​another party and we had to count all the kids to make sure no one got lost. 4: they weren’t capable of fixing the bill so needless to say it’s been two weeks and I’m still owed money. I don’t recommend this establishment for s party.
