Shanel is fantastic! I had been going to the same hairdresser for the past 6 years– i just started going to Shanel for color and she is great. Does exactly what I ask for. Her salon is really cute and relaxing too.

Shanel is Austin’s best-​kept secret and I am almost scared to review her here lest the masses find out how awesome she really is (I think the secret may already be out.) Her color skillz are unparalleled and I get tons of compliments on every cut she gives me, short or long. She is also sweet, personable, and will do anything she can to accommodate a long-​time client (don’t take advantage of her, peeps… I’m talking about squeezing you in at the last minute for a 6 AM color on a Saturday morning because you have a funeral to go to.) I’ve recommended at least 4 people to her and all have gone for a repeat visit.
