Nice store, they have everything that I need. Grace helped find the right algaecide treatment that I needed and they had all of the pool accessories that I was looking for.

I choose to go to O’neills to get my water tested and advice on how to clear up my water. They have saved me a lot of money and time with their advice.
I had them change out my multiport valve on my sand filter recently and they did a great job.

I had been to so many different stores for product and advice but I have decided to stay with O’neils. They are a small privately owned pool store and service company and they provide the best customer service. When I first had my pool installed I had a lot to learn. Going to O’neils was awesome because they taught me about the chems that I needed. They made sure I didnt spend money on items that I didn’t need. Bill who is there 3 days out of the week is knowledgeable, patient, and very customer service oriented. And of course O’neils wouldn’t be the same without its mascot «LUCY» to greet you. Its great to spend time with her while Bill tests your water samples. As for Jack, well there was a week when I was on vacation and my house/​dog sitter told texted me to tell me that the pool was turning bright green. So, even though I had not used O’neils as a pool service I called them for advice. Jack told me not to worry, took my address and took care of my pool at no extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home to a beautiful blue pool. :) I think Jack takes on more than he should. Since he was the owner all these years I think he’s one of those people that has a hard time delegating. Wanting to make sure things get done right he sreads himself too thin. I love this company. Small but personable. Caring for each customers individual needs. Not pushing product like other faceless chain stores in the area. I recommend them to anyone I know needing pool help. And «I LOVE LUCY!»

If I could give this company no stars I would. I am pretty sure this is O’neill pools that does work with our home warranty company or does NOT do work I should say. We had a technician name Jack who never returns call or initiates calls. It has been two weeks plus and we still can not get our pool fixed, with an array of excuses from Jack. I finally called the HWA to complain today. He says he will come then doesn’t and doesn’t call. When he comes we wait and no-​one then he calls 4 hours later to say he has had a bad day and couldn’t get into our home. When we were home the entire time. When it comes to customer service this technician is useless. Now if this isn’t the O’neill pools that has this technician I will gladly pull thus review down but I am very dissatisfied with this pool company. How about an update on the status of your finds? It’s not my job to do all the work.

Horrible! Killed our Koi in the pond by throwing chlorine in it. Is not able to handle automatic payment (threw away mailed checks). Does not respond to requests to call back. Not able to keep set-​up schedule. Owner came to the door with wrong accusations and used foul language. Never want to deal with this person again. Staff kept pool clean with minimum amount of chemicals. They should look for a serious company with appropriate management.
