Pool Pros of Austin

Jeff is what this industry needs more of. Cares about it and does great work.
No qualms with recommending him to anyone.

We had Pools pros for a couple of years. They were good overall except I often had to tell them to bill me. They use young kids in summer that don“t always know there stuff. I had to communicate only by text often and in my texts I am straight and to the point. We had to get a 3500.00 pump put in and in my text I stated I was getting second quote. They fired me as a customer because I was rude. They must have business coming out their ears. I always paid on time and can say at my new pool service I am happy and content and I got a cheaper pump state of the art.

I agree with the other 5 star review, Jeff by far is the most knowledgable pool guy I’ve met. I was servicing my pool myself because I was so frustrated with the other pool companies out their, until one of my friends had a pool built by a local pool builder who uses Jeff for starting up new pools. I have been using Pool Pros for about 2.5 years now, in that time I think we have had 2 different technicians, unlike other companies we have used it was a different person every week! We had one crazy incident were a pool pipe busted by the equipment and drained half of our pool (from a shady plumping job from previous company) Jeff himself came out that evening to repair the damage because we were have a huge pool party the next day, he stayed until about 11pm fixing everything! Um HELLO BEST POOL GUY EVER!!! My whole neighborhood uses him as we’ll now, and I’ve only heard good things from them.

Never returns calls or messages left.
Will change to a different company…

I have had many problems with Pool Pros of Austin. The latest is that they turned on the pool heater while I was out of town and cost me more than $ 1000. Customer service is poor and when I complained (and fired them), Jeff threatened to put a lien on my property. Very unprofessional. The reviews on this page are right on!

Worst pool service out there. Pool chemicals never balanced. Never returned calls or emails in a timely manner. Horrible customer service. Promised delivery dates on extra services, never delivered. Ridiculous. Embarrassed that we referred them to anyone that we knew. Move on. Find someone who a actually values your business.
