I’m always happy with my nails when I come here. I especially love the pedicures. The only downsides are the color selection(not as many eye catching colors as I’ve seen at other salons), and bad cell reception in the pedicure chairs. The wifi password I was given didn’t work, and I was told sometimes you get on, sometimes you don’t. Not a deal breaker, but a definite drawback for those who like to stay connected.

I’ll start with the good– I requested acrylic without the tips and very gentle use of the grinder on my nails. Kim definitely accommodated and the job was very neat and looks nice! The negatives-I felt like an inconvenience to them. I called and made an appointment but I felt I was being squeezed in. She didn’t clean up my cuticles or the sides of my nails that were kind of rough. This was a very no fluff manicure. Maybe I didn’t ask for the right thing or that part is extra but I’ve always had my cuticles maintained when getting a manicure. If I was in a hurry I probably would have appreciated the rush, but I rarely spend money on myself for a manicure so it was a disappointment to not have a slightly pampered feeling.

Have gone to a number of nail salons in the area. Kim is the best; had to use someone else another time and he made the common mistake of making nails look too wide with too much white for the french manicure. Kim’s does nails perfect, and they look good when you walk out as well as two weeks later. Reasonable prices, peaceful, clean, attractive salon. Not too much foreign language chatter, which I find uncomfortable.(I worry they’re discussing my bad feet)

I was very impressed with the quality of my shellac manicure. She really took her time and was very neat with the dark color I had chosen. The price was very reasonable.

I was visiting from Houston and Unilocaled a nail salon and here I was! It was an awesome visit! Very professional and personable staff. I really liked the extra attention to detail from under the nails to hand/foot massage. Highly recommend!

I came here with my wife to get a pedicure and I think these people deserve a review on Unilocal because they did such a great job. I was reluctant to go, being a man and all but my wife guaranteed me that I would feel comfortable. She was right. Not that she always is but I’ve got to give her this one– I literally almost fell asleep in the chair. The ladies made my feet look so good I barely recognized they were mine. They made sure I had whatever I wanted to drink– water, wine, all gratis. I even met a guy named Jimmy who was doing the pedicure on my wife who also does carpet cleaning and ended up having him come clean all the carpet in our house, my couch, windows, grout and even mattresses! These people are a very hard working family who take pride in their jobs and their business, which I very much respect. Give them a try and you’ll never go anywhere else after you see how great they are at what they do. Very personable and an all around great experience. Ill be back very soon. If you’re a dude wanting a relaxing experience stop by this place. There was another guy in there too… we need more help with our nails than women, lets face it-haha

DON’T get your nails/waxing done here! I have tried giving this place a chance several times, and it has failed miserably every time. The owner’s wife(I think) is the older lady who does not do nails right. She shapes them wrong, and they always end up looking short & wide. Also, she did Shellac polish on my nails, and it ended up peeling off within a day. I had to go back twice for them to fix it. Then, I went to get a pedicure this past week, and the owner was in a horrible mood, and I think sick with a cold. He was sniffling & snotting, and was in an overall bad mood. I paid for the $ 25 pedicure, and all I ended up getting was a seat in the vibrating massage chair, and he came over & scrubbed my feet with a pumice. He didn’t cut the cuticles, or toenails. He said they were already short. He didn’t file them, or get the dead skin off, or anything, plus you could tell by the look on his face he was in a bad mood. To top off this horrible pedicure, the rudest, loudest group of women were sitting next to me, cussing, laughing, and talking as if they were in a bar, instead of a salon. I went there to relax, and instead left in a horrible mood, because of the sorry pedicure, and then having to put up with loud, obnoxious mother/daughter, rude patrons. They even noticed that they were getting on my nerves, and the daughter made a comment, and said, «Hey, ya’ll need to shut up, we are getting on THISCHICK’S nerves!» It took all my strength not to blow up at them. The mother of this teen girl was cussing like a sailor too. I wanted to yell at them to shut the hell up, but I didn’t want to risk getting into a fight at the nail salon. All I know is. Money doesn’t mean class. These women were bragging about oil fields & real estate they owned, yet their English sounded as if they worked on the oil rig itself as a roughneck. Cussing, talking about men, how rich they were, etc., and all in the loudest voices you could think of. They acted drunk, almost. When that girl called me a «chick» I almost lost it. Rude b*tches! Oh, one more thing. I paid for an eyebrow wax, and was horrified when I got home. The older woman who doesn’t know how to do nails, also did my wax, and she missed almost every, single hair. Is she blind? I will NEVER go back to this cheesy nail salon. They don’t do good work, the owner has an attitude, and the patrons act like old fashion barflys.

I called after reading the latest review via Unilocal. The owner took my call and urged me to come in right away. When I arrived he verified I was the person that called. He started on my pedicure immediately. He introduced me to the salon and worked on my feet the pedicure was great! The prize treatment came from Kevin the nail tech when he painted my toenails and applied shellac to my nails. The results were fantastic. He was able to repair a tear in my nail bed. After the shellac was applied the tear was not noticeable. He added a message to my neck, shoulders, arms and hands that was incredibly relaxing! I am new to the area and will definitely return.

I was visiting my parents from out of town and was in dire need of a mani pedi. I went in on Saturday without an appt and was seated immediately and serviced after about a 5 min wait. I had the lavender mint pedicure. It was fantastic! I had month old shellac on my fingers and they removed for no charge. I had a shellac manicure for $ 25 — a great price! I loved the CND color I picked and my nails look beautiful! The only reason I am giving 4instead of 5 stars is because I would have preferred CND base and top coats versus the variety that was used. It did not impact the results, but I suspect the staying power may be reduced. CDN usually stays for 3 – 4 weeks… we will see, but overall I was extremely happy and will definitely return next time I am in town.
